The young girl stared at the doctor in confusion.
What does he mean by 'new'? What is there besides needles? Maybe it's one of those ovals I had to swallow a few years ago. Yeah, it's probably that.
What Seven did not expect was for one of the doctors to pull out a mask. The mask was clear and big with a big tube sticking out of it.
Seven stared in horror at the new contraption. In all of her time in HYDRA she had never used that- thing.
A doctor walked over to the metal bed Seven laid on. Seven moved around trying to get away, but the restraints stopped her.
The young subject hardly ever fought back, but the mask scared her. She didn't know what it did and how bad it would hurt her and that made her scared. With needles she knew what to expect and how much pain she would be in, and she accepted that. But this could kill her in an instant, and she couldn't leave Clint alone.
Eventually the doctor was able to put the mask on Seven, another doctor pressed a button on his tablet- which Seven called a glowing box- and the machine started.

Clint knew something was wrong.
It had been several hours and Seven still hadn't returned. Clint was worried for his newfound friend, and he still didn't know the full potential of HYDRA.
