In the morning once I woke up I got out of bed and headed to the bathroom. I checked myself out in the mirror to see if I was presentable for the day.

My hair was a dark brown and I had a slight case of bed head and needed to comb it back down which I did. My face was a little pale, my eyes a slight greenish brown color. I was still wearing my school uniform from the day before.

I fixed myself up until I felt that I looked alright and walked out into the main section of the cabin. "Good morning Asa." I said to her, gently shaking her awake. "I'm going to get breakfast ready, then we're going into town to get you some clothes." I continued as I went to the stove to get it ready.

I made what I thought would be a good breakfast to start the day off. Bacon and eggs with a little bit of sausage. I usually make mine where the edge of the eggs is slightly golden and a little crispy.

I set the food down at the table and got some chairs from the closet then sat down to eat.

"Since it's only Saturday, we have today and tomorrow to figure out where you live and what's going on. Until then however, you can live here. That sound ok to you?" I asked her.

Asa nodded her head.

"Alright now let's finish eating." I said, taking my plate to the washboard and setting it down next to it.

Once she finished I gave her a spare pair of socks, boots, some pants and a shirt to wear.

We left the cabin quickly and headed up the road through the trees, walking over a hill. Once we reached the top of the hill we got to see the sun rising over the beautiful town of Aeternus, the golden rays just barely coming over the school and the church off in the distance.

"This is the town I live in. And hopefully you, or else we'll have to travel a few extra days or weeks to reach the next town. See any buildings you recognize?" I asked while turning my head to look at her.

"I don't remember anything here, I don't think I've been here at all." Asa replied, grabbing and holding onto my arm.

"How strange." I said to myself. "Well let's head into town anyway and see if anyone here recognizes you." I continued, taking my first step down the road to reach the town, holding her hand in mine.
