chianti tuned out the people talking among themselves in the crowded restaurant, letting her leg rapidly shake under the table she sat out awaiting lauren's. it had been a week since the incident of herb trying to get wit chianti and needless to say, chianti and david decided to confront the two about the messages.
while david was on his way to herb and lauren's residence, chianti sat at a restaurant in a booth in the far right corner waiting for lauren to walk threw the front door with the text message thread printed out in her hands. her palms started to profusely sweat when she saw Lauren enter the restaurant and start to visibly search for chianti until her eyes landed on her, lifting up her hand and signaling her to come over.
lauren held her chanel bag on her shoulder as she walked towards the table hugging chianti before sitting down smiling, her dimples being visible.
"hey boo! girl sorry we couldn't meet up earlier, i been so busy with herb and ugh just everything" lauren rolled her eyes jokingly. chianti's stomach turned at the mention of the unloyal basterd known as herb,
"oh.. okay. well girl i just wanted to show you something..." chianti nervously spoke before sliding the stack of papers towards lauren and allowing her to read them.
lauren read threw the sexually explicit messages showing herb asking chainti for different sexually favors and even telling her that he would leave lauren if she gave him a chance along with that, he brought up a lot about there relationship and most importantly; about Lauren's miscarriage.
when lauren and herb where in their first year of dating lauren got pregnant, but four months into her pregnancy she was jumped by who she knew to be herb's ex latiana and her friends resulting in her miscarriage.
after that it was like herb wasn't in live with her the way he used to be. he wouldn't hug or hold her, and it seemed like every other week she was hearing another story about him and another woman.
