~ Plz enjoy my first none werewolf related story. I hope you like it~
I glided my way around huge jocks and bitchy girls, trying my best to not make any physical contact with anyone.
Once I reached my locker I opened it and put my History book in. I took my bag out and threw it over my shoulder.
I walked straight down the hall ignoring to looks and whispers that the other students were giving me.
At school I was the outcast, the dork, the loner, and voted most likely to kill herself. That was a horrible prank the yearbook committee pulled. They didn't get in trouble because they all acted dumb.
I didn't care, I couldn't wait to graduate and get the fuck out of here. I thanked god that school was over and made my way out to the parking lot.
I began my 15 minute walk home. I tried my best to make the walk home as slow as possible. I even had thought of just running into the forest and never going back.
But I wasn't stupid and there was someone I needed to take care of. I stopped in front of my house. It looked like any other house. Two stories with a nice flower garden and a white picket fence.
I took a deep breath in and walked into my 'home'. I opened the door and instantly saw beer cans every where. I sighed and began picking them up.
"Mom?" I called out for her and I heard a mumbling coming from the living room. Translation: leave me the fuck alone!
I walked into the kitchen and threw the beer cans in the trash.
I began cleaning the kitchen of spilt beer and alcohol bottles. I washed the dished and cleared the counter.
After I was done cleaning the kitchen I walked into the living room to see my mom laying on the couch clinging into a vodka bottle. I held back a sob as I picked up the bottles surrounding the floor and threw all the trash away. Usually I would vacuum but I knew if I did that would just wake her up and I couldn't handle another fight with her.
I went up to my room and closed the door behind me. I sat in my bed and just relooked over my life. Where did my life go bad? Now that I think about it, it was when my dad left my mom for another woman. After that my mom threw herself into her work. She never came home and even if she did she would just get drunk and blame everything on me.
I shook my thoughts away and looked at the time. It was 4 already? I got up and walked out of my room and out of the house. I began walking down the street till I reached a nice little blue school.
"Hi Sky, Sam is sleeping right now, he was so fussy this after noon." Jenna, the day care manager said smiling. I smiled.
"I'm sorry, he stayed up a bit late last night" I explained she looked at me knowingly and nodded.
I followed her to a room that was rowed with cribs. She led me to a blue crib that was in the way back in the corner. I smiled as I saw my 1 year old baby sleeping peacefully.
"Sammy, mama's here" I said. I watched as he slowly began to open his eyes. When he saw me his eyes lit up and I smiled. He pulled himself up on his crib an stood up.
"Moma" he said holding his hands up in the air. I picked him up from his crib and kissed his on his cheek.
I looked at him. He was a spinning image of his dad. He had the same blonde hair, nose, and mouth. But he had my purple colored eyes. I smiled as he wrapped his small arms around my neck and kiss my cheek.
"Sky, I'm going to help out Lulu, his stuff is in his cubby, be carful going home." Jenna said smiling. She kissed Sam on the forehead and quickly rushed out and down the hall.
