Something felt different in the air this morning and Taehyung wasn't quite sure why. But he sat there at the table eating breakfast with Janes family.
Jennifer was talking about some Karen she worked with. Well more like complaining. Taehyung did blame her, being the CEO of your own company as a woman came with the baggage of sexists.
Taehyung really did admire her. She was the ceo/owner of a popular Korean makeup brand, and was loved for her inclusivity. She had a wide shade range for all skin tones, and she didn't hesitate to let men model their makeup as well.
"This lady was yelling at me because we had a boy in makeup. Boo-hoo she can get over it. It's my company." Jennifer was tired of hearing it from these Karens.
"That's another thing I don't-" a loud knock interrupted Jennifer's voice. She looked quite confused as she stood up to go investigate. She wiped her hands on a dish towel and made her way to the door.
Jane and Taehyung didn't really think much of it, and so they started gossiping about their idol Sugas latest new song and how hot he was.
Mark playfully rolled his eyes and picked at his bacon. "You know...The company I work for is a sponsor for him. So I get deals for his concerts."
Jane looked like she just won the lottery. "You're just telling me this NOW?!"
Mark shrugged and took another sip of his "worlds best dad" coffee mug. "I've honestly never heard you mention him until today."
Jennifer made it to the door and opened it only to be met a surprise. Many surprises for that matter.
