"Unit-19 Wake Up Protocol initiated." The computer announced.

Syka-7 became wide awake. Her cryo-bed opened releasing a whirr sound. She hopped out requesting the reason for the protocol only to realize she and the computer were the only one's awake. Syka stared out the porthole of the deck. The burnt out core of her home planet Cyphrus stood motionless amongst the endless sea of bright stars.

"Syka-7, requesting phone call hook up." The computer speakers stuttered out. "Yeah, go ahead and hook me up." She replied. The phone gave out beeps, long and short. "Computer, translate phone call."

"Stuck, Timewarp, Space Rift. Stuck, Help me." Repeated over and over again. The phone said it on last time, then went dead.

"Computer, what year is it?" She asked unaware of it.
"3154, January, 26. To Be exact." The computer sounded absolutely sure of it.

Two thousand years. That's how long Syka-7 had been offline.

Syka was unsure of almost everything. She could only remember the last 2 minutes of before she shut down. My hard drive must of got fried. She thought.

"What happened to Cyphrus?" Syka asked, She had a pained sorrowful look on her face. "Cyphrus was destroyed by the Galactic Republic. Before that, the Evacuation Protocol was initiated. No one on Cyphrus except you and everyone in your sector responded, due to the Galactic Republic and the Robot Colonies had a truce."

She pressed her finger down on the table screen making it light up with a light blue color. Beep. Beep. Beep. Syka-7 typed in the password and watch the last planet feed recorded.

Screams and Explosion's echoed in her sound receptors. If a robot could cry Sika surly would.

A women, no wait her mother grabbed the camera and spoke franticly. "if your watching this, The robot race is doomed. They are obliterating us all." She ran away from the camera into a building. The sound scratched out as the screen went black. "Computer identify call location."

"Nowhere."

She processed the word, It was her mothers emergency word. Nowhere.

She repeated the word back. "Computer, Nowhere."

A Video began to play on the tables screen. Her mom was holding Syka-7, younger Syka anyway. Syka's mom had ran in a minute earlier. She was telling younger Syka-7 that everything was going to be ok. Then her mother disappeared.

"Computer, go back."

The computer went back a few seconds and began to play it again. Before her mom disappeared she said. "Pause."

The screen stopped. If she played the video it would have been to fast for the normal human. But Syka-7 wasn't human. Syka-7 was a robot.

Her mom was halfway thru what looked like a Time Warp. Its blue and purple wisps flurrying around. The colors identified the warp as unconnected. It was broken. The computer unpaused the video, Syka's mom disappeared once again.

Syka walked to the door, it opened up with a whoosh and a couple whirr sounds. She stepped out into the hall. Her green eyes darted back and forth inspecting the hall. It had cobwebs and layers of dust on the floors and the walls. The starlight flashed thru the portholes making her black hair and light peach skin seam lighter than normal.

Syka cautiously walked heading for the control room. The door wouldn't open for her. She flipped open a panel on the side of the door and pressed her rough skin against it. Beep. Access Granted! Flashed on the scanner's screen. The door opened an Syka rushed in. She located the piolet chair an sat down. She set poked around on the switches and flipped a couple on. "Emergency power on." The computer affirmed. "Computer wake all aboard." Syka commanded. "Failed." The Computer reported.

"Run a diagnostic to see if any systems can be fixed." She was under pressure and required some help, She received the answer she wanted.

"Successful. All systems aboard or Robots if you prefer can be fixed and set up again." It replied.

The engine roared to life. The wings of the ship spread out and Syka began her trip home.
