THE NUMBER three seemed to be a reoccurring theme in Alejandra's life. It's one of the reasons it's her favorite number. She was in a friend group of three, has three siblings, three dogs, pretty much three of everything.
However, she definitely didn't expect three boys to come running into her life.
"You're making me worried, Isadora." Alejandra sighed into the phone.
Isadora shuffled uncomfortably on the other end of the phone. "You seem like my Mom." She frowned. "I'm just traveling to Barcelona for a day. I need to try their food. It's a must."
"It's the first day of 2023, and you're spending it in a different city." Alejandra smiled, slightly teasing the younger girl.
"I'm sorry." Isa slightly whined. "I'll do the dishes when I get home." Ale laughed at her response.
"I didn't ask you to do all that but thank you for volunteering." She grinned, even though Isa couldn't see it.
"You did that on purpose-." Ale cut Isa off quickly.
"Bye! Love you! Be safe! No taking it back now!" Ale chuckled.
"I take it-." Then Alejandra ended the call. Estelle smiled at Alejandra, beginning to ask her what that was about.
