Chapter 3

After a few months Tai was busy cooking while Mr. Ping was attending the customer the reason why Tai explained that the customers were afraid of him because he like a predator with a fierce look.

Mr. Ping acknowledged his reason why so Tai had to learn to cook. Surprisingly he was becoming like a chef. Tai had add covers to hide his face to order not scare anyone.

One day Tai was inside of the restaurant and heard Mr. Ping yell in excitement.

Mr. Ping spoke, "Oh Po! You came back!"

Tai threw the knife at the table chopper causing to crack. Tai realized that he had grudge but he had to let it go.

He heard Po speak, "Well I came by with my friends for food."

Mr. Ping spoke, "Okay. You can order as always but I have a new worker."

Everyone was shock that Mr. Ping as someone new in his restaurant. Po was curious about the the new guy and went to the counter.

Tai was nervous but had makes himself comfortable with customers.

Tai spoke, "Welcome what you like to order?"

Po also got shocked that the voice sounded familiar but couldn't see Tai so he didn't give much thought.

Po responded, "I would like to have long noodles with garlic with extra seasonings."

"Okay I'll place your order." Tai spoke grateful to not be recognized.

Then Viper, monkey, crane, mantis started to place there order. Then Tai heard unexpected voice.

"Hello. I want noodles soup with soy."

Tai was quiet for a moment then spoke, " Okay thank you for placing your order."

Tai was shocked that it was Tigress was using his favorite ingredient for noodles. He rapidly began work chopping vegetables and spices.

Flashback Note: Not according to the real storyline.

Tai was in the training room resting feeling hungry. A young tiger girl with orange fur came up to him.

"Tied?" The young tiger asked.

Tai smile at her and responded, "Yeah just need some rest Tigress."

Tigress smile back at him and had her paws behind her back. Tai raised one eyebrow wondering what she is hiding.

Tigress pulled out a bowl of soup noodles and Tigress seems embarrassed.

Tigress spoke, "I thoght you were hugry so I broght nodles."

Tai took the bowl from Tigress and spoke with sweet smile, "Thanks Tigress. You have good heart."

Tigress simply giggle in happiness. Tai went to drawers and was a small pot. Tigress looked curious what Tai needed for.

Tigress asked, "Whts is it?"

Tai grabs a spoon and responded, "Is my favorite ingredient for noodles. It called soy."

Tigress watches as Tai pours couple of teaspoons to the noodles. He stirs it gently to spread the flavor. Tai began to eat his noodles and felt the taste melting in his tongue.

Tai noticed Tigress was watching him eat he felt Tigress wanted to try.

Tai asked, "Wants some?"

"Yes." Tigress responded .

Tai goes to near shelf and took chopsticks and a bowl. He pours some noodles to the bowl and gave Tigress to try. Tigress grab the chopsticks and began to eat. Her eyes widened never her life it tasted so good.

Tigress spoke with smile,"Tasty."

Tai chuckles seeing her cuteness they continued to eat their noodles.

End of flashback

Tai was finishing the orders and placed them to the bowls.

Tai spoke, "Orders ready."

Everyone grabbed their order and sat on the tables. Tai sighs  and he felt crying but hold his tears back. Tai couldn't see Tigress since the covers were blocking the view. Tai knew it was best to not be seen.

Po spoke, "Tigress are you enjoying the food?"

Tigress spoke with a cold tone, "Yeah whatever. As long is edible."

Then the others began to eat and talking about food they tasted

Tai just looks down knowing her cold attitude because of him. Then Mr. Ping seeing down.

Mr Ping asked, "Everything alright?"

"Yeah it is. I hope is good enough for them to satisfy." Tai responded.

Mr. Ping spoke with reinsurance, "Don't worry I know you have talent for this. In no time you will surpass me."

Tai spoke, "Thanks. Now I other things to do since it's not busy."

Mr Ping nods at him and Tai leave the backdoor walking to a cart of food waiting to be stock.

Tai spoke, "Master Oogway what would you do in this situation?"

Tai began to grab the crates and bringing them to the storage.
