Why are we popular?

Jungkook and Jimin, they both strolled through the stalls and played whatever they felt like and ate a bunch of snacks for the evening and played a lot of games which were there at the event.

What no one expected to happen by the next day is, Jungkook and Jimin becoming more popular. It all started with someone anonymously posting the videos of them roaming, eating and playing in the fest on their unofficial college social media account.

And by the end of next day, it was all over the social media, some people gushing on how cute they were and some people commenting on how they were famous for their dances, and this made some people to extract the dance videos of them from the previous year competitions which gained some more attention.

While this was all happening, the said couple were in their own world, watching anime in the alpha's dorm and celebrating their success in their own way.

So, when they both arrived at the campus the next day, they were met with people turning their mobiles at them and recording them.

Not really knowing what is happening, the couple made their way to the canteen where Hoseok, Yoongi and Taehyung were already seated with Hoseok eating and Taehyung and Yoongi staring at each other with bashful smiles.

Reaching their table and sitting in the chairs, Jungkook spoke first.
"Something is weird. What happened in the past two days? First those students recording us and now these two." He said, looking at Hoseok and then to Taehyung and Yoongi.

"Don't mind them, they just proposed to each other on that fest day and still in that honeymoon phase." Hoseok said, waving his spoon leisurely.

"And what about the other people?" Jimin asked, leaning to Jungkook's side and resting his head on the alpha's shoulder.

"Did you not open your twitter? It's all over there." Hoseok said, frowning.

Jungkook and Jimin looked at each other before the omega opened his mobile to take a look in his twitter. Of course, Jimin follows that account. Almost all of the students from their university follow that account.

"What the hell?" Jungkook said, sounding almost mad with what he is seeing.
"You both just become popular that's what happening. They were still fawning over you both that's it. All the hype will be gone in few days so, just don't think much about it." Hoseok said.
"How did they get all these pictures of Jimin?" Jungkook said, a growl already forming inside him. Before he could growl actually in middle of a busy canteen, Jimin placed himself on the alpha and hugged him tightly.
"They are from last year's Kook, no one took them secretly. Calm down." Jimin said in Jungkook's ear, his hands running up and down on the alpha's back.

"If they try anything funny, I am not responsible for their future." Jungkook said, his eyes still narrowed.
"Nothing will happen alpha, see... I am always with you." Jimin said sweetly, scenting him while Jungkook rounded his arms around the omega and held him tightly.

They sat like that while eating the breakfast until Jimin's phone rang, gaining attention of the couple.
"My class starts in ten. I have to go." Jimin said, getting out of the alpha's lap and grabbed his bag. Just as he was about to turn back and kiss his boyfriend goodbye, the alpha stood up and took his bag out of his hands.
"Let me." Jungkook said and wrapped an arm around Jimin and started walking.

Hoseok threw his empty bottle at Taehyung which snapped him out of the staring.
"Jimin is going to class. Are you skipping it?" Hoseok asked, dodging the bottle Yoongi threw at him.
"What? Jimin is here? Why are telling me this now Hobi hyung!?" Taehyung said, grabbing his bag.

"Bye Yoongi hyung. Let's meet for lunch!" Taehyung said, kissing the alpha once more before sprinting in the direction Jungkook and Jimin went.
Taehyung was gone before Yoongi could reply something making Hoseok laugh at the alpha who is still looking shocked at how fast Taehyung disappeared.
