I woke up to Ruby shaking me.
"Come on Carl, wake up, we got to enroll you in school." Ruby said as she shook me.
I opened my eyes and saw Ruby's face.
"I made you some breakfast, it's downstairs." She said.
She walked out of my room. I got out of bed, and entered the dining room. I saw a bowl full of cereal on the dining table. I sat down and started eating.
Soon I was done. I sat up and put the bowl in the dishwasher.
I walked into the lounge room to where Ruby is.
"I finished breakfast." I said.
"Go and take a shower." Ruby said.
I started walking towards my room.
I entered my room. I walked into my bathroom. I turned on the shower, and took my clothes off. I hopped in the shower.
Soon I finished. I hopped out of the shower. I grabbed a towel, and dried myself.
I entered my room. I grabbed out my light blue jeans, and a navy blue t-shirt. I put them on.
I entered my bathroom again, and brushed my teeth.
2 minutes later I finished. I'm now ready.
I entered the lounge room.
"Ruby I'm ready." I said.
"Ok, let's go." Ruby said.
We both entered the garage, and entered the car. Ruby opened the garage door with her remote. Ruby started driving towards school.
We soon arrived. Ruby parked the car. We both hopped out of the car, and walked to the office.
There was a lady sitting behind her maroon desk, on the computer. She looked up as we both stood in front of the desk.
"Hi, what can I help you with?" She politely asked with a smile.
"Yeah we need to enroll Carl in school." Ruby said.
"Ok, follow me." She said.
She stood up, and walked towards a room. We both followed her. The room had a black desk, and 4 maroon chairs.
"Take a seat please." She said.
We both sat down. The lady sat across from us. She searched for a piece of paper, and she soon found it. She grabbed out a pen from the draw.
"What's his full name?" She asked.
"Carl James Rose." I said.
The lady continued asking us questions.
"So when will Carl be able to go to school?" Ruby asked.
"Next Monday." She said.
"Ok, we'll be heading off now. Bye." Ruby said.
We all said bye to each other. Me and Ruby stood up, and left the office. We both hopped in the car. Ruby started driving towards our house.
"Are you excited?" Ruby asked.
"Yes. I love school." I said.
"Good." She said smiling.
