It's been so long without my love.
I sit down on the floor and lay my feet out in front of me.
My tail lays beside me as I reach up and cover my face with my worn-out top hat.
My bones are starting to show from months of barely any food.

His sons and daughter are gone, they all grew up.
I saw them last at a birthday celebration in a high-end bar.
Letting my head lower as I yawn a few tears fall.
I miss him so much. Even after so many years.
