we all know what a reboot means 🌚

"Aw, c'mon! I only had two spaces left!" Gregory wails out. His small deck of playing cards are tossed to the center of the table, as you, Moon, and Freddy all looked at him with different expressions.

"Snooze, you lose, kid." Moon chuckles under his breath. His mask was confidently smiling down at his winning game piece on the board. He called it his lucky star, hence the shape of the game piece, ironically, being a star.

You couldn't help but smirk over at Moon, as Gregory hurriedly collected his game pieces, and set them into a neat pile, a hopeful look in his eyes. You knew what that meant. It wasn't exactly hard to read what Greg wanted out of you- - and especially on game night.

That look usually meant - - one more round, and one more hour of staying up late while eating a bunch of junk food.

"C'mon, just one more round," Greg's voice was determined now, eyes wide with anticipation.

Moon chuckled, his smirk broadening. "You want to lose that bad?" Under his voice, you could hear a deep snicker sticking to his words. You roll your eyes at his playfulness.

Greg frowns slightly, looking up at him. "I know I can beat you." There's a determination in his face that makes you want to laugh. Moon was just too good at these games; him and Sun win every week. It was bound it happen. Damn jesters.

"I dunno, I'm kinda tired." You speak up.
You'd been holding back a yawn for the past ten minutes. Moon looks over to you curiously.

"Aw, please?" Greg asks.

Freddy gives him a look of sympathy, and places a big bear paw on his shoulder. "It's getting late, Superstar."

You did feel kind of bad- - and, it was the weekend. You actually had tomorrow off from work, too, so why not just stay up a little bit more.

You start clearing the table, putting the game pieces back in the box, and glancing over to the boy every few second or so. An idea mulled over in your mind, so you decide to bring it to light. "You wanna watch a movie instead?"

Greg hummed in thought for a second, stalling. He then shrugs his shoulders, and all amusement left him. "Sure."

"I can make the popcorn!" Freddy smiles. His knees straighten, and he stands to his full height, towering over the table. As weird as it sounds, from time to time you never actually let it sink in just how much bigger than your frame he was. It was kind of wild.

"Can I have some help, Gregory?" Freddy asks.

"Yes!" Gregory smiles up at him. He stands to follow Freddy, leaving the table for you and Moon to clean. It was fine, you guys could handle it pretty quickly.

Moon started grabbing the empty soda cans and snack wrappers, stealing little glances at you every once in a while. You noticed, but kept your focus on the board game box you were organizing. This only created more tension between you two.
Moon waited for the room to be left alone with the both of you in it, before speaking up. "How do you feel?" He suddenly asks.

You turn your attention over to the animatronic, not really sure what he means by that. Upward, your shoulders shrug. "Fine. A little tired,"

"Want to cuddle?" His smirk rises again. You couldn't help but let out a soft laugh at him.
"Really?" You ask, and it sounded like a breathy scoff. Brows raised, curiously, you flick your gaze to see the occupied Gregory with Freddy in the other room. Turning back to the Moon, your lips curl into a playful smile. "You're not gonna short circuit again, are you?"
