"So, I do admit being able to design all five of her previous weddings is amazing," Andrew said.
"Sahil senses a but coming on here," Sahil said.
"Well, that's five previous gold rings, five divorces that the Baroness of Frankfurt went through, and I don't think a bride on her wedding day wants to hear that a previous client got divorced."
"Oh, they weren't all divorces," Sahil said. The Baroness of Frankfurt only divorced the first time and the third time. She says to Sahil at her last wedding, why marry a young noble who will break your heart when you can marry an older gentleman who appreciates what they do for her."
"Yes, well, it's still not the greatest selling point for you, particularly since you don't mention that she's only been divorced twice, but it's a good thing she's had a mixture of both."
"How so?"
"Well," Andrew frowned. "If she were always getting divorced, society would see her as a woman who doesn't take marriage seriously. If all her husbands died, rumors would fly that she is a black widow."
"Black widow?"
"Husband killer."
"Ah," Sahil frowned. "Not good for Sahil's image, then?"
"No," Andrew said.
"Sahil thought it would help bring repeat business," Sahil said.
"Well, the thing about weddings is that you actually hope there isn't repeat business."
"Oh. That is not good for Sahil," Sahil said. "Sahil will go out of business if there are no more weddings to do."
"But why stick with just weddings?"
"Pardon?"
"Baby showers—because knowing Amber as I do—Queen Amber, she's going to look forward to starting a family, which means baby showers. And then there are the major anniversary events. You don't have to do just weddings, but you're not fully utilizing your talent by sticking with just weddings."
"Sahil likes the idea. Care to become Sahil's business manager? Shail can certainly use the advice."
"Sure," Andrew said. "Never thought I'd be able to find a job at Amber's wedding, and one that I know I'm going to love."
