Starscream was livid upon learning that he was used as bait by his leader, and demanded an explanation. Megatron was getting fed up with the complaints.
Megatron: Have patience, Starscream.
Starscream: Listen, Megatron! I DEMAND TO KNOW WHY!
Megatron: Silence, Starscream! OR I WILL SILENCE YOU PERMANENTLY!!!
That was enough to make the Air Commander finally close the racket. The Decepticon Leader then turned his attention to the Communications Officer.
Megatron: Soundwave, what happened in New York?
Soundwave: Two female Autobots set explosives and all my Mini-Cons died in the explosion with the exception of Laserbeak.
Megatron: Disappointing... so, what happened to Shockwave?
Starscream: Optimus Prime nearly killed him!
Megatron: This is the most disappointing news of all.
Soundwave: Shockwave is almost dying, he requires repairs to survive, my Lord.
Starscream: And how are we going do that?
Megatron: Soundwave, contact Flatline; we need him to build a new body for Shockwave. He is important for this mission! I also want you to send out a call to all Decepticons who are still alive to come join us here.
Soundwave: Affirmative.

Optimus Prime was looking at the sky.
Ironhide: Optimus? What's wrong?
Optimus Prime: Nothing really, old friend.
Ironhide: Does it have to do with the death of Elita-One and the other Autobots here?
Optimus Prime: Indeed.
Ironhide: Listen, I know this must be hard but everyone has to pass onto the next life one day. I'm still wondering when my time will come.
Optimus ended up sighing at that.
Ironhide: So where's Ratchet?
Optimus Prime: He's repairing Wheeljack and Mirage.
Ironhide: Understood. If you want, I can go find Shockwave and finish him off!
Optimus Prime: Negative. I don't want to risk losing another friend. At least not now...
Optimus Prime then walked away while Ironhide thought about what Shockwave did.
Ironhide: Shockwave...
Then a plane appeared and Ironhide looked at it. The plane landed and when the cargo opened, Sideswipe, Arcee and Chromia got out.
