Death. An inevitable part of this cycle we call life. Some are chosen to die early while others are chosen to wait until the time arrives but this didn't stop for someone dear to our director who eventually died in his teenage years.
The sun was already setting and the director didn't want to leave his lover's grave. His eyes showed how much sleep he had gotten which was none. He couldn't sleep no matter what. He felt empty. He felt like a part of him was missing.
Two of his friends who went by the names Emu and Nene were on their way to leave the cemetery by how late it was already getting.
ﾟ｡･*.ﾟ🪦ﾟ.*･｡ﾟ
Nene: Are you coming, Rui?
Rui: I will in a little bit. I just think I should stay a little longer with him.
Nene: Just don't get back home late like last time. We know how much you care about Tsukasa but you should still care about your health.
Rui: It's just everything is just so...empty without him. He was the one that took care of me when I couldn't myself. He was always there. Now, I have no one...
Emu: You still have us, Rui-kun. We can help you.
Rui: You don't understand. As much as you want to show that you are here to help me it's not enough. Tsukasa was always there no matter the consequences.
Emu: But-
Nene: Emu, dear, let's leave Rui alone now. He needs some time to think.
Emu: Ok, Nene-chan.
ﾟ｡･*.ﾟ🪦ﾟ.*･｡ﾟ
Emu and Nene made their leave, leaving Rui at Tsukasa's grave. He couldn't hold them anymore. He let his tears fall down as he leaned on his lover's grave.

Rui: Why did you leave me like this, Tsukasa-kun? I miss you more than everything so why...?
Rui: No response, like always. I will come back tomorrow and I'll bring your favorite flowers just for you. Goodbye, my little prince.

And just like that, Rui got up and left the cemetery, wishing he could see his lover once again, even if it had any consequences and required sacrifices. He just needed to feel the warmth of his hug once again.
