-1- The Gap

Hey wassup guys, its me. So I decided to start this new book rather than updating my other book cuz I don't want to delay dis AGAIN. (If you don't know what book I'm talking about, go check it out! It's called Blossoms Grown From Betrayal) ALSO, I never watched Pokemon DP and the original Digimon adventure. Heck, I didn't watch Digimon Adventure 02 and the others until Digimon appverse, so the digimon universe in this book will be in the Digimon: (rebooted) series universe, which I didn't watch for some time. Please forgive me for this. Also, if I get anything wrong, just comment it down, I'll make a change in the future. :)

Note:

Ash is 12 years old, cuz I need him to have the right and (about) same age with the DigiDestined.

Third person pov:

Once again, we see our hero stumbling through route 1. He has just go on separate paths with his two travelling companions and is on his way back to his home. Wanting to get home after a long time in the Sinnoh Region, young Ash Ketchum is running along with his faithful buddy, Pikachu. Little did they know, they are going to have witness something new... something new AND alien to them.

"MOM, I'M HOME!!!"

"PIKA PIKA!!!"

Ash and Pikachu yelled out the moment they bashed into their home.

"Quiet down, you two. I could almost hear you two all the way from Viridean City yelling and screaming." Ash's mom, Delia said, walking down the staircase.

"MOM!" "PIKACHU!" With that, Ash and Pikachu rushed to Delia and hugged her hard.

"Okay, okay, chill down you two. Now... You must have been starved out by the journey, now. Come here, I have something for you..." Delia said as she slowly walked towards the kitchen with Ash and Pikachu following her.

"Look, Pikachu! COOKIESSSS!!!" Ash cried out the moment he saw the brown chocolate chip cookies, laying there on the top of the table.

"Pikachu!" Pikachu squealed in joy as he lept from Ash's shoulder to the tabletop and started feasting upon the cookies.

"Leave some for me, won't you buddy!" Ash said as he too ran towards the table to get a cookie or two.

Looking at them both, Delia smiled, as she knows that her son was still the innocent child he was when he started his journey. Something that reminded Delia of her husband, Ash's father...

TIMESKIP TO THE NEXT DAY

"I'm going out!"

"Pika Pikachu!"

Ash and Pikachu yelled as they ran outside to head towards Oak research lab. After what he experienced in Sinnoh, he's going to tell them all about it. As he was running there, He heard something, it was like... some sort of a roar. However, Ash shrugged it off, he figured it was just a Pokemon battle, but then, something happened, a crack appeared out of thin air. That made Ash stop, after everything he has ever saw in this fascinating world, there still are things that confuses him.

"Are you seeing what I'm seeing, Pikachu?" Ash asked to his loyal partner,

"Pikachu!" Pikachu confirmed, nodding his head.

Then, the crack started to widen with a blinding white light shining through. Ash and Pikachu immediately covered their eyes. Then, the white gap started to suck Ash and Pikachu in, and before they knew it. They were no longer in Pallet town...
