I sigh as I swing my bag over my shoulder Mrs grace had to give extra homework today didn't she aaah I even suck so muchhhhhhh at maths gosh anyway as I walk through the hallway pretty much empty it is I see Sam Micheal's the school mean girl who is heavily obsessed with me at the moment come out of the pool area with a...sad face and tears running down the cheeks she walks toward the cafeteria without noticing me which is weird since she legit jumps on me when she sees me  never mind that but why would she be in the pool area at lunch should I check it yes I will
I open the double doors of the pool room/area and eerie silence welcomes the me I get in as I close the door behind me
??: hello? Is anybody there
No one answered as I went towards the pool in big strides which was

strangely closed its never closed in school hours maybe the janitor forgot to open it this morning well whatever not my thing to be concerned about right Cele yeah that's right I talk to myself don't say you don't *gasps * u don't then my child you should go see a doctor I walk out of the pool room lock the door and go to the front gates of the school as I leave the guard nods at me this this is the daily routine of mine I grin at this and hop toward my home on the opposite of the street

Giovanni pov :

I entered the school as I looked sideways to see people swarming over the popular guys who are my brothers after Brianca left in the morning dad told us about his girlfriend and his children I didn't expect this but as they say you should expect the unexpected

Timeskip to lunch time

I walk in the cafeteria with my brothers by my sides and notice straight away Brianca's seat is empty I march forwards the seat to see properly but she isn't here huh did she eat already or is she running late I glance at my watch no she's not usually absent for anything involving food
Just then I get a call from jade my girlfriend and the school volunteering  nurse she's 16 and she's a very good girlfriend  and very friendly 

Jade: hey Vaserio Brianca's in the infirmary whole body soaked + unconscious some student dropped her off just now come quick

I look horrified by this information as I dash through the door of the cafeteria my bro's right behind me I reach the infirmary that is next to the principles office I open door slowly as I pant from running

As I enter I see Brianca on the surgical chair thingy her flannel nowhere to be seen as her long curly brown hairnwhich she straightened this morning stuck to her neck and back she has a few blankets over her which I doubt did something as I slowly approach her I feel a shove on my right side as Matteo goes towards her

Matteo : hey Bria wake up who the fuck did this tell us wake the fuck up

I sigh as I put my hand on his shoulder
Giovanni : that's not how you wake someone unconscious and beside she probably was pranked ,a harmless prank shouldn't get you this worked up
I say as I go towards my sister and close her nostrils and mouth with my hand a few seconds later her eyes open as she gasps for air I immediately release her

Brianca: WTF who does that to a patient you fucker  she says as she knees me in the balls

I fell on the concrete floor as my girl crouches beside me in worry

Jade: OMG are my future babies okay Anna plz don't decrease my chances of becoming a mother would ya I really love my baby daddy ya know

I groan in pain as I stare at the girls who are giggling amongst each Other

Maseo: now that that's over Tess who did this and when did this happen

Maseo: it unfortunately is little idiot as I have told report it back it dad and our older brothers

Giovanni : stop being difficult he asked you something answer it or I'm calling dad

Giovanni : dude I suspected it since she was showing symptoms which I now know we're an act but yeah that was 2 years ago the fuck you yapping about and I was a stupid 14 year old Kay
Brianca : well I was also 14 then but I wasn't stupid like your ass

Jade: excuse me guys I need to say something so please shut up for a good while would ya...so ya as I was saying she had been purposely drowned since the kid who brought her here said that the pool shutters were closed so ya and I checked her body temperature it's a little high so it's better if she rests at home and yeah she might catch a cold so be on lookout for that and yes gio take better care of my princess would ya she's a child a baby my baby be somewhat responsible  you overgrown ape

Jade : no problem my daughter o and before I forget here some spare clothes of mine since we're basically twins by our bodytype
I thanked her as Bria jumped from the bed and Lost her balance I quickly grabbed her by her elbow

She said as she sat there waiting for someone to carry her
Giovanni did the honours

Brianca pov :
I was chilling in my room after we returned from school I barely convinced by brothers to not bother with today's incident and I think it worked idk, after checking mu temperature it was quite high but adrenaline did its job to keep me yapping ,

after it calmed down at the clinic my legs gave out a-nd gio had to carry me home , even though i smashed his favourite action figure last night and he was super mad but i guess the situation forced him lol...anyway after returning home I was told I was rescued by some student...

who I definitely Don't know yep we don't know eachother so when my brothers (matteo, Giovanni, masseo) questioned me I said that the incident made my memory foggy I don't remember who threw me in .

After that they all sighed and left me alone to pretty much marinate in my room

MEANWHILE -

Giovanni pov:
She's lying ,definitely is , Matteo and masseo think the same but why who's she trying to protect and why's she hiding who saved her is it him no can't be he doesn't even  talk to any of us even when we approach him yea that's not possible ,I'll just ask Lorenzo for help yes he's the most level-headed after me and brianca

I barge into his room scattered with buissness files portfolio's and guns untidy laundry wet towels on the bed yep he's our second oldest brother the messiest brother in the whole family he has his back on me while he's working on something probably related to the mafia

I step toward him and before I could tap his shoulder he speaks

'What trouble did you get into now legal or illegal '
'Actually brianca did, someone tried to drown her '
He shoots up from his chair at the mention of drowning
'Who' he but  growls
'She's not telling us that'swhy we need your spies to figure this out we need to know if the foe is dangerous'
'Correct,  judging by you're calm demeanor I'm guessing she is fine, and why am I just getting to know about this, I'll conduct the investigation today itself but first i have to tell Adriano he has the right to know'
I nod as he rushes out the door
