"Sharon didn't do anything inappropriate while I was gone?" Mina asked Y/n

They were walking to the university holding hands

"Nothing too inappropriate" Y/n replied caressing the back of his girlfriend's hand

Mina laughed, she had blind trust in Y/n, but she had reason to distrust Sharon

"She took you home?" Mina asked being a few meters from her girlfriend's room, she used to accompany her to her class and then go to hers, since they were in different departments

"Yes, she did" Y/n replied holding both of Mina's hands when they were in front of the room

"Good, if something ever happen to you, I'm throwing hands" Mina said and Y/n put her hands around her girlfriend's neck

"Don't worry, Sharon is protective, I admit that" Y/n said approaching her girlfriend, staying only a few centimeters from Mina's face, her nose brushed against Y/n's lips, as she was a little taller

"I'll start to get jealous" Mina teased tilting her head, making her forehead gently collide with Y/n's

"You know you don't have to worry about that, right?" Y/n got closer kissing her girlfriend, Mina responded affectionately.

They kissed for a couple of minutes, until Chaeyoung, Y/n's best friend, interrupted them to say that class was about to start

"Today I'll be out late, I have to finish some lab reports" Mina said putting her hands on Y/n's waist

"I'll go eat something with Chaeyoung and finish homework, then I'll come get you, okay...?" It was undeniable that they both loved spending time together, especially when it came to walking home.

Y/n nodded, and they both kissed each other tenderly before saying goodbye and going to their respective classes

When taking out her notebook Y/n saw a note at the bottom of her backpack, her stomach gave a happy flutter and she quickly took the note out

"If I could be here and there
I would be in you and you,
I would set fire to Troy
while I give you Paris
I would watch you sleep
and at the same time I would dream of you"

Y/n smiled foolishly, Mina's tender habit drove her crazy, but she shook her head, she had to concentrate on her studies, later she would take care of rewarding her girlfriend

The fog spread over the gardens and the artificial lakes of the university, barely skimming the surface, as if it were a tender kiss.

Although for Y/n's delicate body it seemed more like a slap, since her skin ached with the cold it was, for which she had both hands in her jacket pockets, she also tucked her chin into her shirt collar , trying to keep her skin protected from the cold outside

But the cold did not stop her from walking quickly towards the laboratories, she wanted to see Mina as soon as possible, hug her and kiss her.

Apparently the need was mutual, because as soon as both gazes were connected it was impossible not to rush towards the other effusively

''I loved today's poem'' Y/n said with her nose buried in Mina's thick jacket

''Really?'' Y/n couldn't see Mina's face because of the position they were in, but she could feel how Mina's cheek was starting to heat up due to the sudden blush ''I'll start to think that you're only with me because of the poems...''

''The poems are just a small part of everything you mean to me'' They both pulled away to look at each other for a moment and share a kissing session

Mina pulled away from the kiss and made a stern face.

"I'll be absent every Saturday, apparently dad wants to fix our relationship" Mina told her, placing a short kiss on her girlfriend's forehead, while her left arm wrapped around her neck

''Sharon won't like that'' Y/n said

For some reason that neither of them understood, when Mina's absent father made an appearance Sharon appeared less frequently, Sharon said that it was because Mina's father has a bad soul

Anyways it didn't last long, because after a while he would disappear again, something that Y/n hated because it left a big wound on Mina

"He seems more determined this time" Mina said smiling weakly at her girlfriend, she really hoped her father would stay this time

Y/n smiled back, she really hoped it was like that, having both parents absent was not good for anyone

Then, both girls walked to Y/n's house, where they gave each other a brief farewell based on kisses and caresses.

Mina walked heavily down the stairs, stopped at the door of her mother's room.

Mina knocked on the door softly "I'll go to father's place tomorrow"

There was no response

"I'll be back as soon as I can"

No response, as always

Mina decided to leave, but she heard sobs coming from inside the room

She quickly went back to the door and put her hand on the knob with the intention of opening it, but her alarm ringed, Sharon would show up in a minute

Mina sighed in defeat and released the knob, backing away from the door, trying to forget the sobs of the woman who gave her life.
