"hey sis what are you planning for summer?"
mysta curiously asked his sister, y/n,
"oh, i'll probably be by myself,,, again."
she sighed flipping through her textbook at the dinner table, "you know i don't have anything to do, what's the point in asking?"
making eye contact with mysta, his face as bored as ever. "jeez, i was just wondering, if you don't have anyone come hangout with us."
he says, looking back down at his phone letting the pancakes below him get cold.
yn simply sighs and goes back to eating her breakfast kinda lunch brunch because it was like 1 pm.
it was summer break and the two rias siblings were enjoying their time off.
if you look at the duo side by side, you'd never guess that they were siblings.
and if you observe them in public and at home, you'd diagnose them with multiple personality disorder.
yn rias, the perfect girl. an elegant, sophisticated, and confident woman. she never doubts herself and makes sure to love everyone the same. she's the perfect amount of cute and pretty.
mysta rias, the party starter. an energetic, talkative, and loud bottom. he's always making sure the vibe is happy and loud. he's always smiling and making sure your day is bright. looks can really deceive you.
but now they can finally take a break.
"i'll be out with shu." mysta coldly announces, completely contrasting his little act
"alrighty! hav-"
yn sighs for like the 29th time today.
even if it's something so small, she's always a little hurt.
just a little.
right?

yn suddenly stands up and walks into her room quietly, text book in hand.
why? it's summer break, she should be enjoying herself. having fun with friends, living that anime school girl life!
everybody loves yn, she popular because she's perfect!

a certain individual with yugio hair opens the door.
"haha, hey shu,"
mysta replies with a smile as goes through the door.
"hi petra, it's been a while."
he greets shu's step sister, petra gurin.
her brother, shu yamino, smiles as he closes the door behind him.
"hey, where's yn? she's usually lurking with you."
petra curiously asks while multitasking playing enstars.
"oh, she said she didn't want to go."
mysta emphasizes.
"hmm, okay."
petra chillingly responds.
"does your sister have friends?"
shu densely asks mysta
"SHU DONT JUST ASK SOMEONE IF THEY HAVE FRIENDS OR NOT."
petra scolds her little brother, he glances at her confused, but is genuinely curious.
mysta looks at him dumbfounded as if shu just asked him a geography question.
shu giggles and responds, "i'm just curious, she's always walking home by herself after school. it's interesting and adorable to see her reaching for the same drinks everytime at the store."
he pauses a little, thinking of more examples,
"it's endearing, but she seems so alone."
"the fuck you mean by endearing, that's my sister bro." mysta instantly retorts.
"oh my god, can you guys leave already? i'm having elira over so shoo"
petra threatens. the two boys retreat into shu's room from the cold penguin because she's a penguin no shit author.

"10:00 pm already and i haven't even done anything.." yn thinks remorsefully to herself.
she was literally mentally bullying herself by scrolling through social media.
everybody was hanging out with somebody
everybody was doing something with somebody
she rapidly presses the off button on her phone. she might start crying if she kept scrolling.
yes, this right here is the same person who was loved by everybody, and she loved everybody.
but they didn't love her enough.
"it might be good to go out for some fresh air. i'll buy a snack at the convenience store for later."
she explains in her head as she gets ready to go out.
little does she know a certain someone is waiting for her.
