"Uff..uff..uff..koi A.C. toh chala do yaarr..."i shook my head at the dramatic Trisha. "Really, lavi. You look soo damn beautiful. All because of me." She patted her own back to praise herself.

She was dressed in a silver lehanga with matching accessories. With her shiny make-up, she looked pretty. Her rose bun and smokey eyes were cherry on the top.

"How?" I asked playfully.

"I made you wear these ornaments." She said in a 'huh' tone and flipped her short hairs , like she did everytime she felt proud of herself. I chuckled.

Pregnancy can really make you a child!

"Your da-- Oh my God, Lavanyaaa...is it you?" I looked at the enterance and made a poker face at the stupids. Ruchika and Vansh.

Ofcourse, its me!!

Vansh stood there with open-mouth. He was dressed in a navy blue sherwani ,and golden dupatta and traditional footwear. If i were to be honest, He indeed looked handsome.

Beside him, stood Ruchika with an adoring expression plastered on her face. She was dressed in navy blue lehanga. The blouse was of gorgeot, that enhanced her beauty magically.

"Hashh!!" Vansh took a dramatic relief. "Atleast my bro is lucky in 'some' point."

"Will you shut up?" It was not me. Naah. I would have thrown something at him for sure. But lucky Vansh, it was Trisha. "Your bro...your bro. God knows where is your bro? I didn't even saw him once."

"God forbid, what if he's a bald, old or ..or a mental? I could not even take the test!!" Trisha groaned. She always said that she will take a full scary and intimidating test of my boyfriend, or husband. But she never got the chance to.

"He's not any of those. Bhai is in his penthouse. It was revti chachi's order that he cannot live in our house anymore, until you marry him." Ruchika told, looking directly at me.

"Why?" I asked.

"You know..a bride and a groom, cannot see each other before marriage." Vansh shrugged. "But guess what? "

"What? "

"Uhm.. Vansh leave, we don't have much time." Ruchika intervened and Vansh gave a small nod before passing me his mobile, motioning me to look at the video which had a black thumb-print. I rolled my eyes, as I followed.

But soon my eye balls were touching the ground. Know why? Because it was the compilation of all the rituals that Abhishek had to do for the marriage.

All were applying him haldi with a smile but the groom had a boring impression imprinted. Why not? I was never his choice, and now he's stuck. Then Ruchika, Vansh and their other cousins threw water balloons at him, making him a little angry (which I could see from his eyes). He had masked his anger quite well as it looked as if he was glaring at them playfully. Then soon Abhishek left the Hall and the elders went ahead to bring the haldi on our side. One of the major reason behind this was because we didn't really had 5 spinsters here.

In the mehandi function, I was surprised to see Abhishek having a little henna on both his palms and feet, without any complaint and the ladies gossiped how unique the marriage is, where the groom silently applies the henna while the bride will show tantrums. To say I was not embarrassed, would be a fair lie. But the blusher that Trisha applied worked to hide my embarrassment.

"Thank God, he's not bald. " Trisha sighed and the two lads laughed. "But I think... I have seen him. "

"Ofc--" Vansh was interrupted in the mid by a certain voice.
