As the group is later waiting they soon hear Horton arguing with people about the town existence before hearing they intend to cage Horton and burn the flower the that is housing the who town.
"This isn't good." Alexis says in alarm.
"They don't believe we're here. We've got to make some noise!" Mr. McDodd shouts.
"We are here. We are here. We are here." The people shout.
"Come on! Everybody!" Mr. McDodd shouts.
"It's not working. I can hear you. But their ears aren't strong enough." Horton shouts.
"We need to be louder. Get every Who'd make noise! Everyone!" Mr. McDodd shouts as everyone starts trying to make noise.
"We are here. We are here. We are here." Everyone shouts while making noise.
"Alexis." Jojo says as Alexis nods.
"Right. Hop on." Alexis says as she shifts to wolf form and lets Jojo get on her back.
"What the!? Alexis!? Jojo, Alexis where're you going? We need every voice Jojo, Alexis!" Mr. McDodd shouts.
"You need to make some noise down there. Or we all be destroyed." Horton says as Alexis and Jojo run off.
*Timeskip*
"Are you certain this will work?" Alexis asks as she is helping Jojo is the observatory.
"We have to try." Jojo says.
"JoJo! You built this!" A voice says revealing to be Mr. Mcdodd.
"We both did sir." Alexis says as she helps Jojo to get the instruments going before the group heads back to the town square where everyone is at.
"Everybody don't stop! Keep going! This gonna do it! Can they hear?" Mr. Mcdodd shouts as the group is trying to break the sound barrier to let those with Horton hear them.
"No!" Horton shouts as everyone starts going quiet.
"No matter what happens I couldn't ask for better son." Mr. McDodd says as he looks at Jojo.
"And I couldn't of asked for a better best friend... or someone better to love. I'm sorry I didn't say it sooner." Alexis says as she looks at Jojo before he grabs the horn and runs off.
"Ah hey Jojo? Come on! Keep going!" Mr. McDodd shouts.
"We are here. We are here. We are here." Everyone shouts as Alexis and Mr. Mcdodd follows after Jojo.
"Jojo what are you gonna do?" Alexis asks as she and Mr. McDodd find Jojo on the roof.
"Stop!" Jojo shouts through the horn as the towns efforts break through the clover getting the animals attention.
"I hear it! I hear it! They are there!" A voice says.
"They heard us!" Alexis says happily.
