"Are you sure, it's only been a week since-"
"Just open the door and let me in..."
A gray pale blonde woman, who seemed to be wearing a lab coat over her gray sweater, she was known as Amelia Buck, or Dr. Buck for short, and she was currently in the middle of speaking to two heavily armored and guarded MTF Soldiers, and was using a tone that they could not ignore, so without questioning her any further, they step aside and let her walk up to a door that looked more like a vault that you would see at a bank, but heavily more advanced and with so much more locks and security to it, however a simple swipe of a one of a kind card, plus a few other passwords and identification that only she has and knows, the door was able to slowly open up and reveal to her the inside of a room, that looked pretty normal bedroom in all honesty, if you consider the thousands of vases of flowers that completely overfilled the entire room, but Amelia already use to seeing such a thing and simply enters said flowery room without giving it a second thought to everything that was inside
"So... I heard you had a very rare temper tantrum, and nearly injured multiple scientists and D-Class personnel while going on a rampage and destroying the entire room you were in."
Dr. Buck stops and stood in front of a bed, which was large, colorful, and had multiple teddy bears on it, though the teddy bears, while a few looked normal and even cute, most of them completely contrasted and looked horribly out of place in such a lovely room, however, she ignores all that and mostly focused on the person she was currently talking to, which was a young 15-year-old girl, with long messy blue hair with a long but droopy ahoge, sad teary red eyes, wore an armband that said 'SCP-PLUS', and she was for some reason completely naked while laying on her bed and hugging one of her teddy bears, that seemed to be made out of human ears, this was none other than Medaka Kurokami, and she just simply hid her crying face into the ear bear, which suddenly made ears grows on her face, but she ignores that as she just refused to look at the woman that stood before her
"Do you wish to talk about it?..."
Dr. Buck asked as she then sat on the bed and next to Kurokami, determine to speak with her and understand what was wrong with her, but she also made sure that she kept her distance away from the teddy bears, which was either comforting their owner or glaring murderously at the female researcher, which did make her be on guard, but showed no fear as she spoke with a careful voice to the person she was speaking to
"... I just wanted to go to school... Was that really too much to ask for?..."
Medaka sniffles and hiccups as she cries, barely able to answer and ask that question through her sobbing, this only made Amelia sigh from what she was told
"It clearly was if the majority of the O5 Council members denied your request."
Dr. Buck realized a bit too late that it was the wrong thing for her to say, as she noticed SCP-PLUS tightly squeeze the ear bear as her blue hair threaten to turn pink red
"B-But why? I-I even promised to hide m-my anomalous nature and i-information about what I know about my home, I-I can be trusted."
Medaka whimpers sadly and seemed genuinely confused about having her wish not be granted
"Well, your recent incident says otherwis-"
Dr. Buck quickly cut herself off as she once again saw that what she was saying was not helping the situation, only upsetting both the Lovely Abnormal and the teddy bears even more so
"Ah, right, um..."
Dr. Buck clears her throat and tried to think of a way to speak with Kurokami without making her or the teddy bears go on another rampage
"Why do you even want to go to a human school? There is seriously no reason for you to do so, you need teachers, well all the smartest people and anomalies are here to teach you more than any normal schools can like me, Dr. Clef, SCP-5094, and 73, you need friends? You already have plenty, again both normal and abnormal, some even around your age, is it the outside world you desire and crave? Not only do we send you on a mission that requires outside work, but we have already given you the freedom to basically do whatever you want, which includes going outside as much as you want, most wouldn't have such luxury like you need I remind you."
While Dr. Buck wasn't being rude or mean to SCP-PLUS, she really did hit home on all the reasons on why it would be useless to send her away to school, both because she would gain so little, and, in her point of view, was just being very selfish and needy with her wants and desires, which did make her go silent after being told all the cons instead of pros
"So explain to me, what can something as simple as a lowly normal school offer someone as amazing as you, who basically can do more and already has a lot, hm?"
Dr. Buck then crossed her arms and raised an eyebrow, awaiting the Lovely Abnormal answer to her question
"... A chance to help more people..."
That was all Medaka had to say, which only made Amelia sigh and shake her head, placing a hand on her leg and giving it a few pats of 'Affection' and 'Sympathy'
"Simple desires, yet big heart, you're one of a million, you know that right..."
Dr. Buck then stood up from the bed and started to walk out the door, which made Kurokami look up from her ear bear and look at her
"Anywho, I managed to convince the O5 Council to unground you early, so that you can visit and help SCP-682, if you promise to never bring up your request again and behave indefinitely, do you accept those terms of arrangement?"
Dr. Buck stops by the entrance and looked back at SCP-PLUS, who sat up on her bed and wore a defeated but less sad expression on her face, which was full of ears
"Yes... Mother..."
Medaka obediently nods, which made the researcher woman smile in satisfaction and turn away and was about to leave
"Good, I shall inform Dr. Clef of your arrival then, now go get dressed and remove those ears off your face before leaving the room, no need to scare the other researchers and D-Class again."
Dr. Buck then left the Lovely Abnormal by herself after all that was settled, once alone, she looked down at the ear bear and gave it a sad smile, ripping all the ears off her face, leaving bloody wounds that slowly healed, and placing it on its teddy body
'One day, I'll make them understand, it's only a matter of time before they realize it.'
After placing all the ears on the stuffed toy, which made it jump for joy, Medaka place it down with the other teddy and started to get dressed and ready for the day, all the while gaining a newfound motivation and determination that will help not only get through the day, but also make her goals a reality
'Before they realize that everyone deserves to be happy and helped by me~'

Soooo, some info about the relationship between Dr. Buck and Medaka Kurokami, it is healthy and nontoxic, but don't expect it to be perfect either, Medaka might absolutely love and view Dr. Buck as her perfect mom, but Dr. Buck does not share the same feelings, again it's nothing horrible, but in Dr. Buck eyes, she doesn't see her as her daughter, just another SCP, that she personally raised and is responsible to take care of and do research on, if that makes sense... However, that doesn't mean it will stay like that for very long~
(BTW, here are some roles for the Medaka Box characters, at least those I deem important, I'm open to adding more if you think you have more ideas or characters that might fit well nicely in this story)

Myouri Unzen and his officers: The Elites of the Elites and basically the leaders of the entire MTF Soldiers thing.
(They're also the ones in charge of looking after and capturing Medaka and sending her to her room whenever she gets grounded, they also have Able a part of the group)
Flask Plan: They want to rule over and control everything abnormal, or maybe make everything normal, including the SCP.
(Maguro Kurokami and Detective Void are also a part of the Flask Plan)
Minus Group: They just want to see the world burn and don't care if they die in the process.
(Kumagawa is the older brother of Witch Child)
Iihiko and Shiranui Village: A very secret village that not even the SCP Foundation, and others like them, can find normally, and Iihiko Shishime is the Guardian of said village.
(A lot of SCP character also lives in the village, there is no king or leader, just a happy abnormal normal community)
Zenkichi Hitoyoshi, Mogana Kikaijima, and Kouki Akune: Normals among normals.
(They are Medaka's true none SCP friends)
Anshin'in-San: The Mother to the Scarlet King, and the Grandmother to SCP-999.
(You could say that Ajimu Najimi is the reason why SCP exists lol)
