i lay on diego's lap looking up at the stars. they were shining extra bright today. "amor mira a las estrellas no a mi." i pout my lips. he was better than all of the stars of my eyes. he chuckles and leans down to kiss me. it was a soft and gentle kiss. he stares at me after. i look up at the actual stars admiring their beauty.

i feel the breeze get cooler. i shiver a bit and stand up. "amor voy por una cobija por que ya hace frío." i get up and open the sliding door to get inside. i see a blanket on the couch and grab it. when i grab it i noticed diego's hoodie beside it. i pick it up. it smells so good. i put it on and walk back outside.

diego sees me and looks at his sweater and smiles. "conozco ese sudadera." i look down at it and giggle. "me la puse por que huelle rico." he shakes his head laughing and pats his lap for me to lay down again.

i lay down and give him the blanket because the hoodie was keeping me warm. i notice him staring at me and i turn to look at him.

"amor como supiste que me quieras?" he looks at me stunned at the question. "no se. no me gusta tenerte lejos. quiero estar contigo siempre. me enojaba si alguien te hacia algo. no me gustaba que hablaras con otros." i laugh as he continues his list.

i place my hand on his cheek and softly caress it. "sabes yo nunca pensé que podría encontrar a alguien como tu." he smirks. "como yo guapo, inteligente, y buen jugador." he places his finger on his chin and looks at me.

"no chaparro, loco, y mujeriego." his face drops causing me to laugh. "no te creas amor. alguien que me ame y me entienda como tu." i kiss his lips. "alguien con un corazón grandísimo." i kiss him again. "y alguien con quién espero tener muchos bebitos hermosos." i kiss him again but this time i pull him closer by his neck. i feel him smile through the kiss.

i pull away to catch my breath. "no quieres empezar ahorita amor." i laugh. "con tiempo amor." he pouts his lips and i kiss him again. "pero si quieres empezar primero nos casamos." he smiles and nods. "me sacaste las palabras de la boca." he looks at me and points at the pocket in the hoodie. i look at him confused but dig my hand in there and pull out a small red box.

"diego que es esto?" i stand up and he follows getting on one knee. my eyes go wide and i cover my mouth shocked. he takes the box from me and opens it. a beautiful ring with a star shaped diamond shone in the light. "amor tu eres mi estrella. mi mundo. mi todo. te amo y quiero que siempre estemos juntos. y como dijiste algún día tener nuestros bebitos." i feel my eyes water as he continues. "te quieres casar conmigo?" i nod tears falling from my eyes.

diego slides the ring on my finger gently. i stare at him as he stand and engulfs me into a kiss and then a hug. i dig my face into his shoulder still shocked at what just happened. i get closer to his ear and whisper "te amo."

this was all i could ask for and more. i was happy that he knew me enough to make his proposal quiet and just between the two of us. i pulled away and looked at him my face most likely a mess.

he laughed and cleaned my tears. "aun así de llorona te amo mi amor." i smile at him and see he had a few tears too. "los dos somos llorones amor." we laugh together enjoying the moment.

"en verdad te amo con todo mi corazón." he rocks me softly side to side his hands had made their way down to my waist. "yo también te amo, diego." we both smile.

"si tenemos un niño quiero que se llame como yo." i roll my eyes gently but nod as i look up at him. "lo que tu digas amor."

"y si tenemos una niña quiero que se llame estrella." he kisses me again and i nod. "junior y estrella me encanta."

i place my head on his chest and i feel him kiss my head. "tu me encantas." i close my eyes. how lucky i am to have him in my life.
