I woke up and looked straight at my phone. I saw that it was 8:30am and Jude has training at 9:15am. I turned over and woke Jude up. He started groaning which made me laugh a little. "Wake up you have training soon" I stated. "Ughhhh fuck sake" Jude replied back. I just got up and went to the closet completely stripping out of the cloths I slept in. I grabbed my England kit and walked out to the bedroom putting it on. "Jude get up, come on like" I said as Jude was still in bed. He finally got out and then stretched making a very loud moan causing me to laugh. " get dressed it's already 8:45am we have to be out of the house by 8:55am so come on we are already late" I rushed him as he wasn't moving fast enough for the time limit we have. "Fucking hurry up" I shouted at him as I left our room and went downstairs to the kitchen to quickly make us some food that we can bring with us on the way to training. I heard him coming down the stairs very quickly. "Where is my gear bag" he said questioning me. " I don't know it's probably in the gym where it always is" I replied to my now stressed boyfriend. He ran around the house and into the gym. He came back quickly with his bag. I finished putting the tinfoil around the sandwich's and I put the lid on the fruit. It was closer to 9:00am now so we ran out the door as we are already late. We got into the car and Jude was already adjusting his pants letting out a low grunt. "What's wrong" I asked him. "Nothing it's fine" he replied with a smile looking at me.

Time skip

We finally got to the training centre. It was now 9:25am. Gareth was going to kill us. We ran inside and was greeted with Southgate. "Where have you been" Gareth asked us straight away. I was about to answer but Jude interrupted me "I slept in, it won't happen again" he said to Gareth. I just nodded agreeing with him "it better not, now go in and train". "Of couse sir" I replied. We quickly walked into the field. All the other players were just either stretching or juggling the ball with one another. "Alright boys I know we are late but that doesn't mean you only have to go half way in this training. I want you all to go even harder now with those circumstances". Everyone just nodded. "Ok boys i want you to start off and do 5 sprints up and down the field". I got a lot of "ok's" and a lot of groans. "Just do it" I replied when I heard the groans. I was running up and down with them trying to encourage them to run faster than the boy next to them. "Come on boys you can do better than that" I jeered at them. There was one more sprint left and before they went I stopped them. "Ok boys I know that you are getting sick of these but this is the last sprint and I want you to to push yourself as much as possible" I spoke to all of them. I started to count down as I started running already. "3,2,1" I said and all the boys sprinted towards me. Once they were done running Bukayo asked "can we get a drink real quick" which I agreed to " ya go on but you have to run there, I don't want to see any walking. And if I do we will do 10 more sprints" I said in a serious tone. Everyone agreed as they didn't want to do sprints anymore. I saw them all run over to the benches where there waters were.

Jude's pov

"Fuck" I said to myself as I adjusted my pants for the like 20 time in the past 10 minutes. My boner is just getting bigger and bigger every time y/n talks. I couldn't take my eyes off of her. She was talking to Southgate I presume asking him about what we should do next but she looked so sexy. "Jude bro literally drool over y/n more" Jack said to me. " bro I'm going to be so real with you right now, I am so hard right now and she hasn't even done anything but make me do sprints which she knows I hate" I said feeling sexually frustrated. "Take her for a quickie" Jack replied laughing a bit. " I can't man she would never do it" I replied to him drinking out of my bottle. She looked over at me and smiled. "Fuck man she is so sexy just look at her" I said to Jack "no comment" Jack said laughing at me. " I am so definitely punching" I exclaimed causing him to laugh and slap my knee.
