From one deadly lake of the world's end
A city of Moscow the rage had laded
A Rusalka met a Sestra for friendship and more
A pilot and navigator as a regiment and more
The Night Witches then they were called
As the regiment influenced by their idol
Dive and rise pacing through the night skies
These bomber marched the army back in line
Ninochka and Yelenushka has a plane
Given a name Rusalka wildest ever made
Within the cockpits and barracks
They always had each other's backs
Awarded and praised this regiment has been
Sestry bonds strengthened still
Promises and love under the stars and secluded
The end of war has drawn some plans of future
Yet neither betrayal saw coming closer
Nina was called a death warrant for her
Yelena pushed away the dreams for oath
Parted with no choice as their hearts broke
For one last flight Nina flew alone before shatter
Let came right behind her, Yelena flew heavier
Nina lastly gone for her lover survive till the end
And vanished all the way further to the west
Neither has a chance again to be met
This Rusalkas' history has been a greatest best
Nina had swore to love her sestra eternally
In hope Yelena come and stay for her loving.

PoetryI dedicate this poem to my best characters in one of my favourite novels from my favourite author. Two characters that will never stop giving me pain. Pain of love and war. Love and war. "There nothing fair in love and war," they said.
