Without thinking twice I knew who it was. I opened the door and of course I was right. Mr Sanchez stood infront of me. He was wearing some sort of a suit. It was dark blue so it suprisingly matched with my jacket. He looked at me: "Ready to go?" "Yeah sure" I replied. He started smiling a little. "Let's go." I took my purse and started following him down the hallway.

"What are our plans for today?" I asked while walking next to him to the elevator. "We have a meeting at 12. I thought we have a nice breakfast together before we drive there. It is an importent deal for our company so it's sure we have to present ourselves very well there." He answered. The elevator door opened. Mr Sanchez gave me a sign to get in. "Lady's first." he said giving me a wink.

As we got in the hotel lobby I could see the snowflakes falling. I smiled. Winter is my favorite season although we never had snow in Italy. Mr Sanchez looked at me and saw my excitement. "You look like a child who just got chocolat for cleaning their room." He chuckled. "Anyway let's go." When we got out I watched how the snow got more and more. I could stand here all day long. Mr Sanchez started gently pulling me torwards the black Rolls Royce that stood infront of the hotel waiting for us. "Let's go in the car or you'll catch a cold." He said amused.

The drive took a little about ten minutes. We went to a small but expensive looking cafe. I probably won't get used to travelling like that. I thought to myself. Mr Sanchez held the door for me to get in. "Thanks." I nodded at him smiling. As soon as we got in a waitress came over. "Welcome" she greeted us with a warming smile. "How can I help you?" "We need a table for two." Mr Sanchez replied. She shortly looked across the room. "Of course follow me." She walked through the restaurant to a table next to a big window. You could see the snow falling and the many stressed people on their way to work. But still it looked quite peaceful. "I will leave you two so you can pick your order." And with that she turned around and went to the tiny family who just entered. Mr Sanchez gave me one of the menus that were laying on the table. "Here. Get everything you want." As soon as I opened the menu I was shocked at the prices. I won't lie but the hot chocolate was as expensive as the groceries for me in a whole week. "You know I pay for everything, right?" I looked at him suprised. In the e-mail with the informations for the trip was mentioned that I don't have to bring any money. But I didn't know he meant paying for everything. "Have you already decided what you want to drink?" The waitress asked. I  was so deep in my thoughts that I haven't recognized her coming back. "I want a black coffee and the stuffed french toast with canadien maple sirup please." Mr Sanchez said to the waitress. He looked up from the menu. "And you?" "I will take the same but with an oat milk latte please." I quickly ordered. The waitress nodded and wrote down the order. "Good choice." She smiled and went to get our order. Mr Sanchez looked at me with an undefined look on his face. "What's on your mind?" I asked him. "Nothing you need to worry about." Wow. What a great answer."  I looked out of the window. The snow was still falling and everything looked already a little white. It was so beautiful. I looked back through the cafe. Everybody here was clothed very expensive. All of them probably had more money than I can imagene. I don't belong here.

Soon we got our food. It looked perfect but it tasted even better. "I don't think I've ever tasted something better." I said honestly. "It's heaven." Mr Sanchez looked at me amused. "That's why I love to come here. I am here everytime I am in New York." I mean if you can afford it, why not?

We finished our meal in silence. Soon after Mr Sanchez payed the bill and we left. "Thank you." I said as soon as we got out. "No problem. But now we have to work." My boss looked at me with a light smile. He held the door of the car as I got in. If he ever gets a girlfriend she can be happy about getting such a gentlemen. The car ride was mostly silent and nothing really special was to see. We drove to a huge modern building. The name of the company was very present above the entrence. It was written in big gold letters and around it were many LED lights that made it shine even more. I was very impressed and nervous as I got out of the car but I knew that this meeting is very importent so I really hope I don't fuck it up.
