Okay so here we go...

First Ariel and Taylor find our they are having a girl, they are going to name her Emma, they decide that they want their own house so they end up moving right down the street from their old house. Kat and Cam stay at the old one.

The twins learn to talk, soon after the twins first birthday they find out that Wes has a tumor on his brain... Cam and Kat move away to be closer to a hospital.

Carter finally comes to get Kayla, they move away to Germany like they had planned... Callie, Kalli, and Matt move back to Cali after the huge Carter Kayla thing. They are living in Kat and Cams old house.

Nash is very upset... and when Lexi gets out of prison he flees to her out of his hatred for they whole gang... they make many plans to destroy every one but fail every time.

Matt and Kalli decide to adopt a little boy from china, he is 4 and his name is Ryan. Callie goes into a state of depression because of how sudden Carter packed up and left.

Emma is born!!

Wes' tumor is found to be cancerous, he begins treatment three weeks after his second birthday. The remaining of the gang throw a big party for him after his first round. Belle is growing up to look almost exactly like Kat and Cameron is being just as overprotective as he seemed when she was born.

Ya this epilogue was shorter than expected... I will do 6 extra chapters since this was so short... Do you like how the story is ending?!
