For Thomasina, that Christmas Eve was the beginning of her happily ever after. She'd seen many such endings on Hallmark but never dreamed she'd one day be living her own.
She relocated to Mistletoe and took over the bakery, just as Aunt Bethany had wanted. She left the big city behind and never looked back. In doing so, she found a life full of love, happiness, warmth, and...life.
As time often does when people are happy, months flew by. Nick and Thomasina grew closer, and naturally, hearts grew fonder. So fond in fact, that the happy couple got married the very next Christmas.
Nick and Thomasina honeymooned in the tropics, and spent every moment together. They sailed, snorkeled, danced under the stars, and just revealed in their newly wedded bliss. For the first time ever, Thomasina knew what it was to enjoy a tropical getaway. As it turned out, any place could be magical with the right person.
Soon after Nick and Thomasina returned from the honeymoon, Noel asked Thomasina to legally adopt her. Feeling so full of love, how could she refuse?
The Jingle family felt complete, even more so several months later when Thomasina discovered that she would be expecting twins—just in time for Christmas of course. Three days before Christmas, Kristofer and Trevor Jingle arrived, hale and hearty. After receiving clean bills of health from the doctor, Thomasina and the twins were discharged from the hospital so they could be home to indulge in their Christmas Eve traditions—minus the caroling this year.

Over the next few years, the Jingle family continued to thrive and so did their two businesses. After many family discussions, they decided to combine the two shops. It had always been an idea, a dream really of Nick and Aunt Bethany's to knock out the wall separating the two shops and make the coffee and bakery one large, welcoming space.
With the help of their friends and local contractors, they decided to turn the dream into a reality. It took months of renovations and tons of hard work, but they were determined to get it done before Christmas.
It seemed as if everyone was happy to pitch in and help. Heather put her mad organizational skills to use by helping to re-organize the flow of the shop while Ashley helped plan the grand re-opening ceremony. Everyone seemed to be in on everything except the new name, which was to be revealed at the ceremony.

Finally the day of the grand re-opening had arrived. Thomasina stood outside the shop with her family by her side as she faced an eager crowd of family and friends.
The turn out was huge! It seemed as if everyone had been anxiously awaiting the grand re-opening and couldn't wait to see the new name and get inside to have a look.
Thomasina gave a heartfelt speech about love, family, and the magic of Mistletoe. Just before opening the shop doors to their excited crowd, Nick and Thomasina pulled the strings of the sign covering to reveal the new name of the shop...
