Mickey Mouse handed Ada back her pen and character autograph book and pulled her in close for a photo. Jordan stood on the other side of Mickey, smiling widely at the camera. Alyx indicated that he had taken enough photos and Jordan and Ada stepped away from Mickey, Ada lolling her tongue out of her mouth and crossing her eyes at Molly who was recording.

"What did Mickey write in your book?" Molly asked Ada, keeping the camera trained on Ada.

A flicker of confusion crossed Ada's face and she opened her book as the four of them walked away down the busy path of Main Street. She stopped dead when she read the message. When she looked up, Jordan was stood in front of her grinning and Molly was still recording them, Alyx at her side smiling fondly.

"Read it out, Ada!" Alyx called. Ada started as though she had forgotten they were there, so focused on Jordan was she.

"Ada, you are the most amazing, kind, intelligent and beautiful woman. Will you be Jordan's girlfriend? Love Mickey." Ada read out, her voice wobbling just so. Jordan looked at her, still smiling, waiting for an answer. "Of course I will be your girlfriend!"

Upon hearing her acceptance to officially be his girlfriend, Jordan closed the gap between them and lifted Ada into a hug, wrapping her legs around his waist. By now, their interaction was garnering a bit of attention, with other parkgoers filming as well. They cheered when Jordan and Ada kissed, personally coming up to them and congratulate them. Molly stopped filming and the four of them slipped away into a restaurant called Cape Cod to pass the time while they waited for the evening's light show and fireworks. Alyx and Molly sent the photos and video over to Jordan and Ada, the latter eagerly sharing them to her Instagram along with a photo of the note written by Mickey Mouse. The time passed quickly, Ada repeatedly calling Jordan 'boyfriend' as opposed to his name. Her photo like count doubled by the second, the comments overwhelmingly positive. It seemed as though everything was falling into place.

Jordan excused himself to use the toilet before the fireworks started. Ada watched her boyfriend leave the table, taking in the shape of his body and the way he walked as he did so, her eyes lingering over his bum. Molly pulled on a strand of her hair, bringing Ada back into the present.

"You okay there, buddy?" Molly laughed. "You were almost drooling."

"Shut up," Ada rolled her eyes.

"I've never seen anyone undress another person with their eyes before," Alyx shuddered. "And I never want to ever again."

Ada rolled her eyes again as the couple laughed at her expense.

"Notice how she doesn't deny it?" they laughed harder. They were still laughing when Jordan returned to the table, looking puzzled. Ada stared at Alyx and Molly, willing them to stay quiet.

"Nothing," Alyx choked out. Ada breathed a sigh of relief. "We were just watching Ada eye fuck you as you went to the bathroom. You're in for a great night mate."

"Alyx!" Ada hid her face in her hands as Jordan reddened. "Oh my god. Let's go. The fireworks are going to start soon."

Still giggling, Alyx and Molly stood and headed towards the door with Ada close behind. Jordan snaked an arm around her waist and pressed a kiss on her forehead.

Fireworks bloomed in front of them and emotion caught in Ada's throat almost choking her. She tugged on Jordan's sleeve, knowing he wouldn't hear her in the commotion. He turned towards her, face mirroring exactly how she felt and without thinking, Ada spoke, blurting out her feelings.

"I love you," a smile spread across her face as she realised how good saying that truly felt. She spoke a little louder. "I love you!"

Jordan's smile grew, matching Ada's in size and in feeling. "I love you too Ada Thorne."
