2 - Freinds

1st POV

"Hey, Denks!" I quickly ran towards him, the class would be starting in around 5 minutes, but I always enjoyed having a quick chat with Kaminari.

"Oh, Hey Y/n!" He turned around and smiled

"What's up?" I asked raising a brow, I already knew what was going to be the response.

"The sky-" He smirked, obviously proud of himself for his joke. 

"Haha. So funny." I muttered as I rolled my eyes. 

"Of course it was funny, I made the joke- In fact, I am the king of these jokes."

"Right. Right." I stated sarcastically, as I walked back to my seat.

Denki had been my friend since we were babies. Our parents meet in high school and were in that friend group. And they remained that friend group for a while, which caused us to be best friends by force.  We kind off are like siblings. But I don't see him as a brother, to be honest, but more as a best friend; since we didn't see each other every single day.   But he was the closest person to me. He was the friend who was there, when my mother died, due to cancer. And I was there for him when he was being bullied for his quirk which quote un quote "made him stupid" Which is completely untrue. Most people when they meet Denki expect him to be a dumb person, to be honest. And even though he might act stupid, he isn't.  What I mean by that, is that he is good at Physics and Science. Like extremely good at it. (That's why I always pick him for a partner) I still remember when we did this code for a test, because I had missed a week of school, so we did hand signs and he helped me during the test. I got an A- on that test. To be honest, is surprising since I hate that class and the teacher ( Fuck you Mrs.Reakes. ) He had always been there for me, and likewise. We are like two peas in pod, while he was good and helped with Science, I helped him with the language classes.  Yet he still acts like an idiot, because that is his personality, and there is nothing wrong with that. I sometimes wish people seemed farther than what they first are met with. It's like cake, the first bite is great and all, but that last bite? With the perfect amount of frosting, and it's just that perfect bite you had set aside? There is nothing like that.I guess that's how it is with people, one just needs to get to know them. Plus you can use that to your advantage too, I have an A in Physical Science, and Denki has an A in Langauge Arts,so you could say it's a win-win!
