"Ugh alright, but let's do something to make this day special."

"It is special, because of our first day at school?" Shoji said.

"And dorms," Todoroki added.

The others had already finished unpacking, so they got some food and went to the table to eat.

"How's the food, Haimawari?" Kamihara asked, toying with his yakitori.

"Hm, its okay I guess-"

"OKAY?!" Bakugo growled, leaning over.

"Kasui..."

"Oh shush Toshi, this kid just dissed my cooking."

"NO ITS REALLY GOOD, BAKUGO-SAN. Uhm, it's just that I prefer my friend's cooking better," Haimawari sheepishly confessed.

"Grrrr," Bakugo turned his back away from them and stared at the pan.

"So who is this friend? I demand to have a cooking competition with him."

"It's not him, it's her."

Ring ring!

"Hello?"

"Hey Izzy?"

"What's up, Samu?"

"Are you good with cooking right now?"

'Why do you ask?"

"Oh well, one of my classmates is challenging you to a cooking contest."

"Who's asking for what?"

"My classmate, asking you to a cooking contest."

"Oh, right now?"

"I mean if you're available I guess."

"Ok then. See you in a bit."

Haimawari ended the call and sat in front of Bakugo. "Where did you learn how to cook?"

"My grandma."

"Cool cool."

On the other side of the room, Sora and Shiuana were placing some kind of machine on Shinso. Kirishima, Kaminari, Koda-Awase, and Sero were playing uno. And Shoji, Tokoyami, and the others were waiting for Kugisaki to arrive and start the competition.

"Alright I'm here, who's the classmate?" Kugisaki asked, after being let in by Ojiro.

"I am."

Kugisaki took a moment to look her competitor in the eye. For some reason, he looked very familiar. His fawn hair, red eyes, snarky personality.

"Nice to meet you, Kugisaki Izumi."

"Bakugo Kasui."

To Bakugo, Kugisaki looked very familiar as well. He felt like he saw her bright turquoise colored hair before.

"WAIT WAIT GUYS," Ojiro shouted, coming between them.

"Let's do this in the main kitchen, so that we may have an audience."

And in about fifteen minutes, all of Class A were in Sato Rikido aka Sugar Rush's Kitchen.

"What will you be cooking, Kugisaki-san?" Ojiro asked.

"Soba."

"Yummm, how about you, Bakugo?" Ojiro said, knowing that Todoroki was eyeing Kugisaki.

"Ramen."

"Whew, alright. You guys have one hour to whip something up for our judge. Any questions?"

"Will we get to know who our judge is?" Kugisaki asked.

"In the end, uwu. OK START!"

Kugisaki and Bakugo split up, one went to the kitchen on the left, and the other went to the kitchen on the right. Ojiro gave one hour since both of the foods they were going to make had noodles as the main ingredient.

After ten minutes, Kugisaki, who was on the left, had started making her soba's sauce. Bakugo was cutting his mushrooms.

"So what will be added with your ramen, Bakugo?" Ojiro asked, holding a fake microphone (pen) to his mouth.

"There will be mushrooms, meat, noodles, soup, egg, and some vegetables."

"Ooh interesting, how about you, Kugisaki?"

"Noodles, sauce, and spring onions."

Ojiro nodded at the choice of the two and walked toward a girl with red hair and black streaks. Todoroki Mirai aka the judge.

"So?"

"Don't pester me, Aki. I'm trying to think."

"Alright alright."

An hour had passed, and Kugisaki and Bakugo had presented their food. A crowd had gathered, even the Teachers.

"OK! Thanks for preparing the food, Kugisaki and Bakugo."

"Let's go, Izumi!!!" Tokage and Tochi shouted.

She just waved her hand at them in reply.

"..don't you feel offended that she just waved you off?" Sora asked Tokage and Tochi.

"Oh well, we're best friends. So we already know how she acts, y'know, her perspective of things," Tochi chuckled.

"And her waving back at us means that she's busy and she'll talk later," Tokage smirked, fiddling with her fingers.

"Ah, I see."

"YOU BETTER WIN, KASUI."

"STOP SHOUTING AT ME, TOSHI!"

Bakugo and Kugisaki started cooking faster, the countdown was slowly going down to zero.

"I DID IT-"

"FRICKING GOT IT!"

"Ooh, y'all's food seems delicious," Ojiro said, hungrily, rubbing her stomach, "but unfortunately, it isn't for me. IT'S FOR TODOROKI MIRAI!!!!"

"Why the dramatic entrance, Ojiro-san?" Todoroki asked.

"Just roll with it, girl."

"*sigh* okay. I have tasted both contestants' food. And this is totally not biased. But Kugisaki-san's soba wins."

"YES LET'S GO IZZY!" Haimawari shouted, jumping up and down.

"Her noodles was really soft and you could taste the flavor a lot," the red black haired girl said. "Your ramen was also really good, Kasui."

"Tch, I have to check my cookbook again to make sure I did nothing wrong," Bakugo grumbled, stomping out of the kitchen.

Kugisaki was about to follow him when Kamihara stopped her and shook her head, "don't worry about Kasui. He'll come around."
