This is gonna be my first book ever. This is an OC story. The event took place a lot before than the anime. Just read the story and you will find out what it is.

The Village of Dragons is a village in the Unova region located near Opelucid City. The Village of Dragons is a place where people raise and admire Dragon-type Pokémon. An elder who lives there will also give out a Dragon-type Pokémon for Trainers to raise. Statues of the Legendary Reshiram and Zekrom were built in the center of the village to commemorate them. Dragon Pokémon roam around the village freely, such as Axew and its evolved form, Fraxure. Not all the Pokémon here are Dragon type though: other Pokémon such as Drilbur living in the surrounding forests. Most people from the village dream to become a Dragon Master.
Two girls and one boy was walking towards the Elder's house. One of the girl has yellow blonde hair,other one has white hair. The boy has grayish blue hair.

"So Cynthia," The white hair girl said,"Excited for your first Pokemon?" "I sure am Jane, " Cynthia said,"What about you Tobias?"
Tobias didn’t say anything.
"Tobias?" Jane said. "Huh?" Tobias snapped out. "You okay?" Cynthia ask."We were asking if you are excited for your first pokemon or not." "Yeah i am fine," Tobias said.
The girsl didn’t believe it but stay quiet.
Soon they reached The Elder's house. The Elder looks at them and smiles.The Elder is respected by her community for her knowledge of Dragon-type Pokémon. She evaluates partnerships between beginning Dragon Masters and their first Pokémon, which are typically given to the Trainer at a coming of age.

"Welcome young ones," The Elder said,"Are you ready for your first pokemon ever? " "We sure are," Cynthia said.
The Elder brought 3 pokeballs.
"There are 3 dragon types from 3 regions in this pokeballs, " The Elder said,"Pick one."
First Cynthia picks up. It turns out a Gibble, dragon type of Sinnoh. 2nd was Jane. Her pokemon was a Bagon, dragon type of Hoenn. Last was Tobias. His pokemon was an Axew, dragon type of Unova.
