Me and my bestfriend Phoebe are currently shopping discussing what my parents need me for. Me and my parents don't usually talk because I don't like the mafia life, so it was odd when they told me that they have something important to tell me.
Later that day after me and Phoebe got done shopping she headed home. And I headed to see what my parents had to tell me, when I got into the room where they were I see my mother, my father... AND my enemy, Lorenzo Mario and his parents Isabella Mario and Stefano Mario, all sitting at a table, the table my father usually has meetings at.
I take a seat next to my father across from Lorenzo, trying to avoid eye contact with Lorenzo, while wondering what this discussion could be about, I mean why would the Mario family be there. I never liked Lorenzo Because he used to make fun of me because of the fact my grandparents didn't approve of my parents being together, cause the mafia is only supposed to be with their own race in this case with an Italian. But my parents loved eachother something u usually don't hear about mafia couple.
As I sit down I am greeted with a smile and a nod from Isabella, My father and Stefano begin to explain how they set me and Lorenzo for an arranged marriage. When I hear the words Marriage between ME AND LORENZO I look at my mother horrified, my mother was the only one of my parents I rlly talked to and talked about my feelings to, but all she did was nod, I felt sick I hated him but there's nothing I could do.
When the meeting came to an end they said the wedding was in two weeks. WHAT I thought to my self, only two weeks until I get married to my enemy. They also begin to say how I will be moving into his mansion in a few days I wasn't mad about the fact to was moving into his house I will admit it was bigger then my parents but I definitely was mad that it was HIS house. Ughh I sighed to my self as I left the room without saying a word just agreeing. I guess I better start packing I mean I will be moving I a few days.
