Don't leave me Hikaru (Kaoru x reader)

Kaoru's PoV:
As we were walking home I couldn't stop thinking about what had happened earlier today in the host club.
He said one thing but his eyes said another.
Sometimes I wish we could be telepathic but then I realised would I be able to take what he was thinking?

Hikaru's PoV:
While we were walking home all I could think about was Haruhi. I knew I was being selfish but I couldn't get her out of my head. *que 1d/kylie minoque*
"Hikaru...Hikaru!" Kaoru was shouting in my ear, " Hikaru are you alright?" He asked.
"Oh... I'm fine," I replied, "just thinking."
"Sounds dangerous," he laughed.
"Heh"
Suddenly my phone buzzed and my ringtone "Sakura kiss" started playing.
"One second Kaoru, hello?"
It was Haruhi
"Oh hey Haruhi what's up?"
"I need a bit of help on my textiles project can you guys help me?"
"Of course we can, our mom is a famous fashion designer."
"That's great thanks when can you come over?"
" We can come now if you want."
"Ok that's fine. Bye Hikaru!"
" See ya Haruhi!" I said and hung up

"What was that about?" Asked Kaoru
"Haruhi wants our help for her textiles homework- I said we could be there now if that's ok" I replied
"Oh, I need to finish my maths assignment"
"Oh ok we can go another ti-"
"No it's fine you can go see Haruhi."
"Really? Are you ok with that?"
"Yeah Hikaru go for it."
"Yaay!" I grinned and sprinted home. I grabbed my books and headed over to Haruhi's house.
