Peace of mind, that was something I had always dreamed of.
But Boy, was I wrong to hope.

I let my eyes flutter open, and was welcomed into the quiet serenity of the dreamworld. It was dark, and I could barely see anything, even with the round, thin-rimmed glasses I was wearing. Bookshelves towered as high as anyone could've seen, and not only did they stretch sky-high, but also miles long.
As I let myself defy the effects of gravity, I glanced down. I realized I was taller, then I was usually at least. Warm memories flooded through my brain, ones of magical places, and fantastical people. I stood there a moment, letting my somewhat thin, towering body waver. When they'd finally finished refreshing themselves with my own memories, I let my brain settle into who I was this time.
I was Rynn, the Enderian.
She was rather one of my favorite people to be, when I was sent here. I paused, wondering momentarily at what I was here for this time. I shrugged it off, It would probably reveal itself soon anyway, as It usually did. I started along the long path of books, brushing my hands along the inscribed necks of them every so often.
Idly floating down the shelves, my feet leading the way, I thought back to the other times I had been here. I remember reaching for books, opening them, and most of the time being disappointed at the words being unreadable, or at them showing me the places Rynn missed, and wished to be. A pang of sadness washed over my mind, remembering the person Rynn so longed to be with.
