"See y'a Mum!" Throwing my backpack on, I headed for the door.
"Be home by 6 o'clock!"
"I will!" Little did I know, the day had different plans.
Dressed as a gargoyle, I hopped on my jungle-green mountain bike, passing by the eerily decorated houses.
"Mr Paterson's house, Mrs Trudy's house.........Here we are." I voiced pulling up at my best friend, Artie's house.
"Artie! Ready to go to the haunted house!"
"Coming!"
Dressed as Darth Vader, he quickly hopped on his bike.
"Are you sure you don't wanna go trick or treating."
"That's for babies, we're in middle school now."
"Okay....." Artie replied, his face glum.
"According to the internet, the haunted house should be up north in Greenwich."
"Greenwich.......wasn't there 3 accidents there this past year?" Artie muttered, a look of fear on his face."
"That's why its the perfect place to go for Halloween!" I eagerly exclaimed.
"If you say so......."
With that, we were headed to Greenwich.
