I am really proud of this picture, and i tried a few new things. I tried to use a reference for the hair, but it didn't work out, so I just drew it myself.

Here a short explanation to the tribe:
As the name says, they can shift between their human form, and a snow leopard. They live in a single tribe in Canada, and are one of the smallest folks that exist. Usually they have really white skin and often some kind of markings as shown in the picture. White, grey or slightly blue hair is the norm, but some also have blond or black hair. They are warriors, and already start training as little kids. Because of the constant war with a mermaid tribe right at their coast, most of them have scars.
