Yuna sat in Haechans room, thinking deeply about her choices. They'd offered her to stay there, but she didn't wanna seem like she was depending on them.
She opened her laptop and started looking up cheap one room apartments near her.
Knock Knock Knock
"Hey, are you gonna come eat?" Jisung slightly peeks his head through the door.
"Huh? Oh yeah!" Yuna half-closes her laptop and joins the members in the living room.
She leaves the room to see the table set with many dishes and side dishes she assumes Chenle whipped up.
The members wait for Yuna to sit down before they do as well. Yuna eyes the table, looking at the kimchi stew, then to the assortment of meats, then to the assortment of side dishes, then to the pot of ramen, lastly the kimchi fried rice.
"No way you made this all yourself" Yuna looks to Chenle.
"I have my ways" he says mysteriously.
"Never doubt the Chenle way" Jaemin whispers. The members laugh at his stupid comment.
"What should I eat first?! This is so much! Thank you Chenle" She smiles.
"If the members weren't such pigs, you woulda been able to have dinner with us, so instead i'm gonna make the members watch as you and Jisungie eat your dinner." Chenle smiles.
The members frown and Yuna picks up her chopsticks and grabs a piece of lettuce, then grabs a slice of meat, and piles cucumber kimchi, and japchae on top, wrapping it up and stuffing it in her mouth.
"Mmmmm!" She exclaims, "Chenle, you made this?!"
He sits proud, "Yup!"
"This is soooo goood!" Yuna stuffs her mouth again.
"You definitely eat well" Haechan snickers.
Yuna glares at him, "Can't I enjoy just one thing without you sneaking in a comment?"
"No." He blows Yuna a kiss.
The members look at each other in disbelief. Why was Haechan being so nice to Yuna? And was he... flirting with her?
Jisung follows shortly after Yuna takes her first bite.
"As usual, Lele! You truly are amazing" Jisung shoots a finger heart to Chenle as he grips his chest and acts like he's been shot. Everyone laughs at their silliness.
They enjoy a fun dinner together and end the night with everyone else showering and getting ready for bed.
Yuna helps Chenle and Jeno with the dishes, while Renjun and Jaemin clean up the table.
Haechan goes to change in his room, then sees Yunas laptop half open. He can't help but look.
Huh? She's looking at apartments...? She must not want to stay with us...
Yuna suddenly walks in and sees Haechan without a shirt looking on her laptop. He jumps back and tries covering himself.
"I'm so sorry!" She shields her eyes, "Wait-" She places a hand on her hip, "Why are you looking on my laptop?"
Haechan hurriedly puts on a shirt. He looks like a puppy who got in trouble.
"I wasn't looking through your laptop!" He defends himself.
"You really wanna play this game, Haechan?" She leans on the doorframe.
He sits on his bed, "Fine, I was looking." He admits.
"Hah, I knew it" She laughs to herself. She steps into the room and closes the door. She swiftly moves to the desks chair, facing Haechan.
"I couldn't help it! It was just... there." He pathetically defends.
"That's not a valid excuse, Haechan." She rolls her eyes.
There's an awkward silence between the two.
"Do you not like it here?" Haechan sadly looks at Yuna.
"What...?" Yuna is surprised by his sudden question.
"Is that why you were looking for a new place to live?"
"What? No! Of course not! I love you guys! You guys have been so warm and welcoming to me, and have helped me through so much! I just felt like I was being too dependent on you guys." She explains.
"You're not being too dependent at all! We want you to stay with us!"
He sounded so genuine saying that... But wasn't he the one who didn't like me at all when we first met?
Yuna didn't know how to respond to that.
"Are you sure it's ok I stay with you? I feel bad for taking your room." She goes and sits next to Haechan.
"It's really fine, Yuna. I don't mind, but if you keep asking i'll just steal the room back." He smiles at Yuna, "Then you can sleep on the couch" He playfully pushes Yuna.
"Oh, so this is the game you wanna play?" Yunas expression changes.
You could tell by the look in her eye. A smile appears on her face, shortly followed by Haechan.
She tackles Haechan, shoving, and punching. Haechan pushes her off and maneuvers his way on top of her, holding her hands down.
"Pinned ya" He smiles.
Both are smiling and breathing heavily. They look into each others eyes and realize how close they are. Yunas cheeks turn a bright shade of pink. Haechans more of a rose.
