Zee decided to take a bath and go to sleep early. Tomorrow, he needed to talk with Nunew.

The next morning, Nunew woke to Nat on his right side and James on his left. They hadn't left the night before and as the sun slowly shined through the blinds, Nunew couldn't help but think about how thankful he was. He had his friends; he had his family and that was what was most important. So, what if Zee wouldn't like him back, he was tired and maybe he should face reality soon. Nat seemed to want him to and Nunew knew, that even though James didn't say anything, he would like his friend's happy mood back too. Nunew could hear noise from his kitchen downstairs and recon it was Max making breakfast. Max and Nat had basically lived with Nunew since Nunew had admitted to only have a few days left. Nat refused to leave and where Nat was, Max was. James and Net came and went many times a day, they came in between their works and Nunew had expressed his concern about them traveling back and forth, but they had dismissed it and told him they wanted to spend their time with him. Besides, it had only been two days, even though, for Nunew it seemed like more time. While Nunew was thinking, Nat had slowly stirred and woken James too.

"I think I'll take the surgery." Nunew stated out of thin air. Both James and Nat were speechless. It seemed they had to process the information, but when they finally did, Nat jumped on Nunew. "Jelly~~~~" Nat whined, he knew it was a hard decision to make and though he hated for Nunew to choose between his crush or to live, Nat was happy the latter choose life. James was less happy, he knew how much Nunew loved the older male and to give up his love and his feelings, it would mean Nunew would become a shell of himself. "Are your sure, New?" James asked, though he could also tell the younger was tired, not just physical but mental too. Nunew nodded, he was ready to let go. 'Maybe it was for the best' Nunew thought as he slowly got out of bed. Max had heard Nat's whine and when he stood in the door to the bedroom, both Nat and Nunew were crying. Nunew didn't feel the tears at first, but as Max came over and hugged both him and Nat, Nunew couldn't help the sob there escaped his throat. They stayed like that for a short time before James coughed slightly and asked if there was breakfast. Max smiled and confirmed. They all walked downstairs to get breakfast and was met with a surprise when someone stood in the kitchen.

Zee had woken that morning with a bad feeling in his stomach. It was as if it couldn't go quick enough to get to Nunew's apartment. Something must had happened. Like Max had with Nat, Zee could feel Nunew on a different level. It was hard to explain but they were connected. Normally people would call them a couple or lovers, but it was more than that. It was a deeper understanding of each other, yet Zee had ignored that feeling for a while now. But this time the uneasy feeling was ten times worse and it seemed to only intensify when he thought about Nunew. Zee didn't know if Nunew felt it like him, but it was almost like their souls were connected, like they were two halves of a whole and if the other half was in danger or were uncomfortable, their partner would know. Zee had felt it slightly when Nunew started distancing himself, and he felt it again when they had met at the hospital, but like the idiot (Yes, he admitted to be one) Zee had ignored every warning sign and just focused on what task was at hand. Now it seemed ti almost hurt and Zee had to know what that flower meant too. So when he woke up, he forgot breakfast and drove directly to Nunew's apartment. If he was lucky, the younger would be up now and hopefully in a mood to answer some questions, if not, Zee just had to persuade him a bit. Oh yes, Zee knew what effect he had on the younger, well to some degree, and it wasn't as if the younger didn't influence Zee, because that he did.

When Zee arrived at the apartment, he had walked right up and locked himself in with his spare key. No one was in the living room or kitchen, but Zee heard footsteps come down and recon Nunew was coming down for breakfast. Breakfast seemed to be much larger than for one person and Zee tried not to get jealous of the people Nunew had over. It was probably just Nat or Yim, but when Nunew came down, it was giggling to something Max had said as Nat made arm movement to emphasize. Behind them came James, supporting Nunew so he would fall or misstep down the stairs. When they came down and finally focused on Zee, everyone stopped, and an awkward silence filled the room.

Nunew gripped Nat so tight, afraid he would leave his side, but Nat stood firm. It was a knew decision and Nat didn't want Zee to make Nunew change his mind. "Papa Zee...." Nat whispered, a little afraid because he knew Zee could change Nunew's mind. However, Zee didn't focus on anyone except Nunew, "Nhuu?" Zee said as it seemed the younger male didn't want to let go of Nat. "Come on, breakfast remember?" James asked impatiently. The silence was killing him and he knew Nunew wouldn't move if he was not told to do so. "New..." James tried again as the other still didn't move. It seemed to work as Nunew turned around, looking at James. In the youngers eyes were pure panick and James couldn't help him. James gave an encouraging smile and a little push, it was time to make things right an get Nunew to choose probably.

They walked out in the kitchen to get breakfast and then Max and James ushered Nat into the living room. Nunew was left alone with Zee and as the sat starring at each other, Nunew could feel the vines twist around his lungs even harder - but for some reason, it didn't take his breath away this time. Nunew knew that this was his friends quite plea for closure - the point of no return...
