BG: You and nightmare got along as a child..sure he was ignored all his life and lived in this brothers shadow but he was a decent person! And you was his only friend , soon the 'accident' happened..but before you could get killed you got saved by a..thing and now it brings you back to the aftermath.|

" you can wake up  now.." someone or something spoke, it got you up completely as it had been ages since you had heard anything, you jolted up in a white place..it was confusing, it wasn't the village anymore at all but somehow you couldn't remember what it looked like anymore, you got up weakly on your legs as it had probably been over 500 years since you had used them, you hadn't aged due to some 'magic timeline system' so you didn't worry too much

Quickly without warning the floor broke like glass, you fell into a abyss of darkness and emotions: anger,sadness,regret and hope.

Then grass, it felt weirdly nice but this isn't the time to be comfortable, you got up and looked around..this isn't right..the tree it's completely gone, everything looks rotten and empty so you have to get out of here no matter what, " I'm so sorry.." you heard a voice coming from behind, you got up and went behind what was left of the tree, " I guess I have to apologise to you.." you looked around the corner to see dream! What was he even doing here..the last time you saw him he was gonna fight nightmare..he soon started crying, you felt so bad for him..

"You shouldn't be crying dream.." you spoke, he jolted up and looked around in a fighting pose, " w-who's there?! " he was wiping his face to stop him from looking as if he was crying, you sighed and got up slowly with your arms up, " y-you..but how?!" He dropped his bow and arrow started to panic, "you can't be here! What if he-" you shook your head and looked at the brokenness of this place, " how long has it been?" You asked with a nervous face, he looked away and picked up his weapons sort of ignoring the question

" just over 500 years." He said quietly, you stepped
back freaked out of this big gap...how was he alive..? He turned around and sat down, " a lot happened you know.. it was horrible.." he said hugging his knees, you walked towards him and sat down, " where..where is he now?.." you said referring to nightmare but dream started to get even more quiet, you didn't know much..but you wanted to so you could understand and finally stop worrying

"He's..not here." He said looking at you, this had a big impact on him didn't it? You wanted to be there..for him through all of this, suddenly he stood up and walked away, " I have to go..you can't come with me." He quickly left without letting you respond, what a dickhead! You was stuck in this hell hole.

Then the floor broke again, this time you started crying as you fell..the feelings were way worse than before, then you back hit the hard floor, " FUCKING HELL-" you shouted, but this was a big mistake because as you opened your eyes you saw a skeleton with black gloop in his eyes, his smile widened as you got up, " Oh your interesting." You ran away looking behind you, this isn't right..where is-

"Ahem..who could you be?.." you jolted at the scary voice, was that.. GOD it was, " I-I uhm-" you stuttered but the more you had eye contact it made you even more nervous to get anything out, his eyes widened..did he realise? " killer get out." He said, 'killer' left and closed the door laughing, he then grabbed you with his back things around your neck, " how are you alive?" He said, you started to cry and struggle not being able to breath, "I-I can e-explain!" You said turning blue, he sighed and let you go turning around but it wasn't over..this was the hard part, explaining everything .

" well..that day..when you know..that thing happened..I was pulled into this black place ..for ages, it felt like years.." he laughed hysterically, " SO YOU WAS STUCK FOR OVER 500 YEARS IN A TEMPORARY SLEEP?" He had a scary smile on his face that made you look away..he wasn't same at all, dream was right you shouldn't be here..this isn't safe at all, " you think I'm weak don't you? .." he scoffed and stared into your soul for a solid minute, " yes I do." He said smiling.

"Your stupid, and shouldn't even exist." The last part hurt like a LOT, you never heard that before but he was right..you had no family or meaning in this universe anymore, you fell the to floor crying..your pathetic, " Hm, your negativity is very strong..maybe I'll keep you." He said in a weird tone that sounded as if he was going to kill you, you looked up and panicked..this isn't right..

You got up and punched his stomach to no effect, you stepped back knowing you had messed up big time, you saw the goop on his face move to the side, it was..your nightmare..but he looked so tired and drained, it scared you..why was he doing this?! " NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU MISS HIM YOU WILL NEVER GET HIM BACK." You heard both of the voices mixed up, it went all over your head, " IM SORRY! " you shouted as the floor shattered again.

This isn't the way it should be..this isn't.. normal.. or is it? There's no way in any mind that I could get him back right? No way..so how is it he's there?
