I WOKE up with a headache, most likely from the yelling from last night. The only thing on my mind is eating so I got in the shower and put on some clothes. When I walked into the kitchen Sammi, Ronnie and Mike were in there. "Good morning." I said to the group.
They all replied with 'morning.' "Look, Cat, Mike made me eggs." Sammi told me, holding her plate up for me to see. "Oh wow my jaw is like on the floor." I said sarcastically, slightly laughing.
"Don't be jealous. You want me to make you some?" Mike asked me. "No, I'm making crepes. So like get out of my way." I replied pushing Mike out of my way.
Pauly, Angelina, and I are walking in the rain to head to work. I've heard that retail is boring and slow, and I'm not in the mood to work today, but I'm working with my roommates so it couldn't be that bad.
We arrived at the Shore Store where Danny is already outside waiting for us. "Nice to see you guys." Danny has Pauly open the gate to the store.
"When it starts, guys, I really can't tell you enough how important it is that you guys make the sales. And when someone comes in, you've really got to be on top of them. You know, part of the deal for you guys staying in that house is to work here everyday." Danny says
"Could you show me your expertise, Dan?" I asked walking up to the counter next to him. "Uh, of course, sure! Yeah, I'll teach you." Danny reassures.
CATALINA
"It's summertime! No way I'm spending my precious time working. So, playing nice with Danny, is what I'm going to do. I'm always everyones favorite and being Danny's favorite employee will be beneficial.
"I feel you're not gonna have a problem," Danny said referring to Pauly. "I feel you're gonna do amazing Miss. Catalina. And, I feel you might have a little problem breaking out of your shell."
"I'm tired." Angelina says. "You're putting down already? It's day freakin two!" Danny exclaimed
"She'll be alright." Pushy mutters
"Sometimes you're gonna get the night shifts. Sometimes you'll get the morning shifts, you know?"
"You'll always give me the morning shifts though, right Dan?" I asked looking up at him, with a smile.
