Chapter 11

We got to the field and I see Ethan there. His gun up and ready to fire at any minute. I hear Karl mumble and I just roll my eyes with a slight chuckle.

"M/N, what are you doing with him?" Ethan asks his gun pointed at Karl.

"First off, let's put this down." I say moving my hand up and quickly moving it to the left as his gun does the same and is put of Ethans hands.

"Second of, let's just calm down and get this straight. I take it we all want the same thing right?. Mother Miranda dead." I say and Ethan nods, I look over at Karl who just seems annoyed at this point.

"Sigh... well.. Let's say we could kill her without using anyone's kid. Or try doing it ourselves." I say looking at both of them.

"Let's just work together and stop her that way. Cause we have machines and you, Ethan. Have guns plus that tank I saw earlier. It's just easier then killing each other honestly." I say I see Ethan nodding in agreement and I already knew Karl was but he slightly nods.

"Alright then it's settled. We all kill Miranda, Ethan gets his child back and boom." I say and that's when I realized it wasn't gonna be the same without the others here.. I feel Karl rubbing my back some to try and help me calm down, and it does.

After awhile Ethan goes and gets the tank like machine and brings it towards us. As he does so I look over and see Miranda. I get Karl's attention and show him that she was here. He groaned quietly as she got closer. I turn back and see Ethan was.. gone??

"Well." Mother Miranda asks and I look back over at her, God she was a feather geek.

"Well what?" Karl asks as I move back some and I could tell she wasn't having it.

"Where's that pesk. Ethan Winters?." She says strongly and couldn't help but move back more.

"He's somewhere. He's probably long gone from here or something I did see him a bit ago" Karl says and I was kinda surprised that he's going with the flow..

"Your lying Heisenberg." She says then looks at me.

"You.. Where is he?" She says looking at me. I take a quiet deep breathe.

"Like Karl said he could be anywhere. We haven't seen him in a bit" I say as she looks at me, then she turns into her crows and flies off. I sigh in relief.

"Hopefully that was enough time to get him to where he needs to" I say and Karl nods. I feel something off about him.. I don't know what though.

"Hey M/N" He says and I look at him.

"If I don't make it in this please don't worry.." He says looking at me with his little smile. I knew it.. I knew something was off.

"Karl don't say that. We're gonna get through this together." I say as I grab his hand. He keeps his small smile on and leans down kissing me. I kiss him back and we both pull away after a moment.

Once me and Karl got to where we needed to, we saw that the machinery was everywhere in pieces. The tank seemed to blew cause pieces of that was there too.

We kept moving quickly we heard shooting and people talking. I figured that it was the A.L.P.H.A team. I brush it off and that's when we headed to an area with mold everywhere.

"There's a space here" I say and Karl follows behind as we moved through a tight space. Once we've reached the other side we saw Ethan and Mother Miranda fighting. I looked up and saw a child.

"That must be the kid.. I'll try to get the kid to Chris you both keep her distracted." I say facing Karl and he nods holding his hammer.

"Love you M/N" He says looking at me, I smile some.

"Love you too Karl.." I say before Karl heads off where Ethan was.

"Karl you pesk! What do you think your doing?!" I hear Miranda say. As I hearing chatting going on I quickly but also quietly get Rose down carefully. As I get her halfway down I see mold coming at us. I quickly let's her go from my powers grip and catch her moving out of the way quickly.

"Damn you!!" Miranda says, I hear people shouting. I look over and see Chris making his way over. I run up too Chris giving him Rose.

"Whatever you do get the child everyone else away from here. I'm gonna get Ethan away from here also befo-" I was cut off due to a scream I look back and see Ethan injured and Karl. I face back at Chris.

"Now!" I say and I run back towards the two, as Chris runs off towards the bridge. I grab a piece of sharp metal from a pile I rush back and before Miranda could strike down I stab her in the back of the head where her 'third eye' was. She yells in pain, as she does so I grab Karl and Ethan trying to move them away. I see Chris running back.

"Get Ethan on the aircraft!" I yell to Chris as he does so. I carefully help Ethan move to Chris's arms. And before he knew it he saw the controller for the bomb in my hand. Chris looks at me shocked then shakes his head. Before he could say anything I cut him off.

"This is what I've always wanted since Raccon City.. I'm getting what I've wanted." I say and he's just quiet, before nodding understandingly taking Ethan to the aircraft. I look over at Karl bending down and giving him a kiss.

"Ready to finish this?" I say with a slight smile and he nods. I help him up, he gets his hammer and I keep the remote in my hand.

"Let's finish this once and for all then." I say as we both head back into the Village..
