The van pulled up to Trafalgar Square. There was a stage set up. There was also millions and millions of sobbing girls from all over the world. Keep in mind the youngest any of theses girls are is 22 because they've supported them since 11.

For these girls it was the end of a family, almost like a divorce. These girls had watched the 5 boys grow up right from 16, 17 and 19 up until now.

"So you ready?" Liam tried to break the deafening silence. They all just swallowed back their nerves in response. None of them were ready to do this but at the same time, they had been ready since the formation of One Direction on July 23rd at 8:22pm in 2010.

Louis gripped the door handle and slid it open. Cry's from the girls escalated as they stepped onto the stage that had been set up for the occasion. Tears stung all the boys eyes as they looked out at their loyal fans, their fans, their directioners.

"Don't." one girl from the crowd choked out. Harry silently let a tear slip but  he quickly wiped it away. Music began to play as they all sung not introducing themselves first, they didn't need to and if they did they would break down.

Their first song was Torn followed by What Makes You Beautiful and Live While We're Young. After the music had finished they began to speak.

"One Direction have had an amazing time. We couldn't have dreamt this at 15 but now standing here it feels so surreal." Liam spoke.

"All good things come to an end though, we know that." Niall informed the crowd with tears rimming his eyes.

Clips of the boys began to play on a screen behind them. The separate auditions, the boot-camp stages, them being put together, snaps from the documentary, the all famous video diaries bits of all the tours they had done, everything.

"We love you all, never forget once a directioner always a directioner. This has been a massive part of our lives and we can't thank you enough for being there with us the whole way through." Zayn spoke as the clips played.

"Meeting these 4 lads has been one of the best things that could happen to me, us actually. Being able to live the dream and do it along side four other guys that are like my brothers now is incredible." Louis said the microphone inches away from his lips.

"We've had our turn though. We feel it's time to move over. Give another boy-band a chance." Harry did a weak half laugh but his stomach was churning as he felt sick.

"So be happy about what we've had not what we're getting rid of. So here you go our last song of our last concert." Louis said.

With that they all brought their microphones up to their mouth to begin their last song as One Direction.
