I logged on to facebook. I have not been on it for ages. I looked at my timeline and saw a video of some boy singing that I didn't know but one of my 'friends' had shared it. I listened to it and he was really good. He was Called Charlie Lenehan. It reminded me of the rap I was writing about bullying. I decided to message Charlie and say this :

Hey. I have soon one of your videos and your really good. I rap. Sorry If I have creeped you out but I wanted to tell you are really good as singing.

It was simple but after I sent I thought it was a bit creepy. Oops. He will probably hate me as well.

***The next day***

I got in after my run in with the bullies and told mum the usual sob story. She banned me from football. I don't know what I can say now. I logged on to facebook. I don't know why . I wont have a reply from Charlie.

BUT THERE WAS!

Hey. I am glad you like my videos. I wasn't creeped out btw. Send me a video of you rapping.

I replied immediently.

I sent him a video of me rapping one of the raps that I have been writing. I dont know what to name. It goes like this. Its not finished. It goes like this :

Please help me God, I feel so alone

I'm just a kid, I can't take it on my own

I've cried so many tears, yeah, writing this song

Trying to fit in. Where do I belong?

I wake up every day, don't wanna leave my home

My mamma's askin' me why I'm always alone

Too scared to say, too scared to holler

I'm walking to school with sweat around my collar

I'm just a kid, I don't want no stress

My nerves are bad, my life's a mess

The names you call me, they hurt real bad

I want to tell my Mom

She's havin' trouble with my Dad

I feel so trapped, there's nowhere to turn

Come to school

Don't wanna fight I wanna learn

So please mister Bully

Tell me what I've done

You know I have no Dad

I'm livin' with my Mom

I also sent the message : its not finished but I am trying to get an anti - bullying message across because I get bullied.

Charlie's POV

I messaged the boy, Leondre, back and asked him to send a video of him rapping. I listened to it and read the message underneath. It made me cry as it was sad to know that he was being bullied and wrote it into a rap.

I messaged him back asking if anyone knew but he said no. I decided to help him through this.

Leondre ' s POV

Charlie was not like all the other boys. He didnt take the mick or leave me. He told me it would be good idea to tell my parents so they could help.

I walked down the stairs and I asked mum if I could speak to her in private.

''Whats up leondre?'' She asked.

''I have to tell you something.''

''well...''

''Well you know how I told you that I got my bruises from football...''

''Leondre dont try to make me let you do football again.''

''No no you dont understand its because everydayafterschoolandsometimesinschoolagroupofboysjumpmeandhavebeenbullyingmeforages.'' I said quickly. She caught every word.

''Leondre why didn't you tell me?''

''umm......'' I said but telling my mum took a massive weight of mmy shoulders and I felt happier than I had done in ages. I decided to tell her about Charlie.

''Also ......'' I explained. She smiled.

I ran back upstairs and saw a message from Charlie.

Hey we should meet up sometime - with our parents.

I shouted down the stairs to see if my mum said i could. She shouted OK and laughed.

Yeah it should be fun.

I smiled for the rest of the day.
