Chappie 1
"Go away now!" I scream through deep breaths. I'm lying in the bathroom next to the toilet, just in case I throw up again. "Delila, just come out. There's no use sitting in there all day." I hear Alexander say through the door. I've just found out what happened to my parents. They were killed in a driving accident. A drunk truck driver ran a red light and smashed into the driver's side door, killing my dad first and then my mom immediately. I sit there for a few more minutes, hoping Alexander will go away, but he doesn't. He wouldn't until he knew I would be okay. He's a good friend like that.
I try to clean myself up before I come out of the bathroom, but it was no use. I was bound to cry again. I also found out today that I'll have to attend Mckenzie Academy, where it just so happens that my ex goes to. I walk slowly out of the bathroom, and find Alexander sitting on my bed. He looks at me for a minute and almost instantly, I fall into his arms. I limply sit there crying, until he lifts my chin up. "You'll always have your parents. If not with you physically, then with you in your heart. You know that for a fact, right?" I nod lazily.
After a few minutes, I quickly packed my bags, not caring whether my clothes were folded or not. I never was one for being organized. I grabbed whatever my hand touched in my closet and threw it into my bag. I decided I should change for the long flight ahead, so I grabbed my favorite gray sweatpants that I got from a shitty Walmart once, and a pink cammie from Aeropostale that was completely see through. I pulled my hair back into a messy bun, and grabbed my bathroom necessities. I put them in my bag, and walked back over to Alexander, who was sitting there the whole time watching me. "After I leave, we won't ever see each other again, we won't be able to be friends." I said, searching his face for sadness. "We'll always be friends, no matter where you go. It'll be a little different, sure, but our relationship will never change. You'll always be my most amazing friend." he said, lovingly. I would miss him the most.

After the flight to Mckenzie Academy, I sought out to find my room. My dorm room was number 482. I figured I would be sharing the room with another girl, but when I walked in, I was surprised to find a boy my age lounging on the couch. He was a tall, blonde haired, surfer looking, 17 year old, who obviously thought he was the shit. I walked in a few more steps, realizing I hadn't introduced myself. "Hi, uh my name is Delila, Delila Marksdale. I'm supposed to be your new roommate." "Well my name's Aaron. Here are the rules, newbie. One, you never have guys over unless you ask me first. Two, I always pick up the phone, you pick it up, and your ass is mine. Three,"- "Um excuse me, but I make my own rules. I don't follow some stupid college jerks codes." I said, surprising myself. I've never been good at standing up for myself. Alexander always did that for me. He looked at me in awe. "I'm sorry, but what did you just say? I have certain rules that must be followed, and if they aren't then we're gonna have some serious problems." he said, trying to sound serious, but failing miserably.
I looked at him mockingly. "And what problems are we talking about?". He looked me up and down, like a prize trophy. He just stared into my face, so I waltzed off to find my bedroom. Aaron was right on my heels. Once I found it in the giant dorm, I was amazed. It was huge! The walls were colored light blue, and the flooring was soft carpet. There was a victorian style dresser on one wall, and a vanity mirror on the opposite wall. The bed was a king sized, posturepedic. It had a light purple, silk comforter on it, with dark purple flowers stitched on it. In the corner, was a rainbow bean bag with a book shelf beside it. There was a computer desk in the other corner, with a rolling chair. I looked around in shock. "Did the school design this room?" I asked. "No, actually I figured a girl would have to dorm with me, so I designed it with most of the ideas from my friends girlfriend." Aaron replied, almost delicately.
After I had unpacked, and carefully placed my belongings in the right places, I changed into some jersey short shorts, and a low cut tank top. I let my hair fall down my back, and put some light makeup on. I walked into the living room, to find a room full of boys sitting on the couch and in trhe chairs. Aaron looked at me, proudly. "So guys, this is Delila. She's my new dorm buddy." The guys stared at me, dumbstruck. Finally one stood up. "Hey, I'm Andrew. It's nice to meet you, and to finally have that room filled up. I thought that Aaron would never find a roommate. Uh, this is Brandon." A brown haired, blue eyed boy stood up. "This is Jake." A blonde haired guy waved at me and winked. "And this is Sterling." A long black haired boy looked at me, like he didn't care. Finally someone who could care less. I sat down next to him. "Hey, Sterling. What's up?" He ignored me. I flashed him a nice look and then tured back to the other guys. "So, I saw a beach heading down here. Anyone up for it?" I asked, seductively. Aaron gave me a you-better-not-try-that look, but I didn't care. He was jealous obviously. If he wanted me so bad, then why was he a total jerk when I introduced myself? I was gonna play him hard.
