Audrey told you that the café sold some of the best coffee in town, and the freshest pies, sandwiches, and salads. Both you and Audrey sat by a small corner. You were both looking out the window at the pretty park, now drenched in golden light from the sunset. A waitress saunters to your table to ask what you would like to order. You look up at the waitress from your seat, smiling. "Uhm.. I think I'm going to order the strawberry salad." you tell the waitress. "And I'll go with the Goat Cheese salad with a Cherry tea!" Audrey says with a smile.
As you wait for your food both of you talk again about out eachother. Audrey mentioned all of the cool movies she watched about romance, and shivered at the thought of watching scary movies.
You found out that Audrey likes to draw, and loves art, and as she mentioned before she loves to read... And learn about science. "So what type of stuff do you like Jace?" Audrey says, leaning closer to you. "Uhh... I like sports" you say blankly.
"S-Sports?...Y-Youre a jock?" Audrey muttered with a shocked look on her face. Is that a problem? You thought to yourself. "Didnt you read my bio on DateTime?" You tried to recall what her description said.. Maybe you had overlooked some details, but that probably wasnt that big of a deal. "I-I love sports!" Audrey said finally "Yeah, so excited to talk to an athlete such as yourself." She continued on.
You're finally served your food and you both start to eat. The food was quite delicious. Both of you enjoy yourselves at the café and walk out completely satisfied. You go back outside into the breezy air. Youre met with evening, painting the landscape in a romantic moonlight. Audrey goes up to you. "This has been such a great day, Jace!... Uh i mean.. I had such a great time with you" she said, looking away. "I...think.. I might.. like you" She says smiling, finally looking into your eyes. You tell her your feelings as well. That you had always had a crush on her ever since you first selected her from the DateTime menu. Though you didnt tell her she had creeped you out a big earlier. "Y-You like me too? Oh, Jace!" She blushed. "I would love to spend more time with you..but i suppose i should go" You say, you were a little weirded out from earlier, and you felt it was a good time to leave. She swiftly but gently kisses you on the cheek.
You start to walk away, but you pause turning back to Audrey.. She was standing with her back towards you.. "you know... Im not really looking for a jock.. they always tend to play with a girl's feelings.." She turned around looking at you with a somewhat angry expression. "Im sure you're just like the rest." Her hands, in fist, were shaking. "You're probably a fucking liar"... She mumbles under her breath in a angry and somewhat frantic tone. "I did everything to get you to like me..." "I'm not even into sports, did you not read my bio on the site!?" She smiled just standing in that spot for a moment. "But if my lover was going tk be a dumb jock, then so be it." Youre definitely creeped out "Well, it is dark out and I-I should really get home." You explain. "Every single one of you jocks get onto your little dating site to "date" me and then leave one-by-one.." She says with an evil grin on her face. "Well.. No matter.
