~ 10 || Surprise !! ~

You were absolutely flabbergasted. His ex? What is she doing here? 

You look at her and then see K run to the door. 

"Oh hi Lilia, what's up?" He says calmly.

You look at him, feeling slightly hurt that he just spoke to her so casually. 

"Hi K, you called me for help? What is it that you need?" 

You feel your heart shatter in millions of pieces. 

"Y/n i'll be right back okay?"

You nod, holding back your tears as you see them walk together alone, to his room.
Tong Yao notices and she pulls you away.

"Y/n, there's this really fun movie i wanna watch, do you wanna go watch it?"

You smile and nod and go get ready and for a second there you forgot that K and his ex, Lilia were alone together. 

You and Tong Yao get in the car and leave, turns out you guys were watching a horror movie. Fun!! You two sit together and the movie starts, boom jumpscare. You slightly let out a scream while Tong Yao sits there and laughs at you.

You didn't think about K at all during the movie. You were having lots of fun with Tong Yao. Eventually it was time to go home and you go inside and see the two of them still together talking about something at the dinner table. As soon as you walk in he stops talking to her and waves at you. 

"Hi y/n! I missed you."

"I missed you too." You say and walk upstairs.

He looks at you worriedly but continues talking to Lilia.

Days went by, still the same old K talking to Lilia. You were really suspicious of it at this point and you were thinking that he is cheating on you. The team tried to convince you that he wasn't but your mind wouldnt think otherwise.

Why is he talking to lilia all of a sudden?

Am i not good enough? 

Do i need to do better?

Why am i never enough for anyone?

Thoughts like that rules in your head and slowly you couldn't take it anymore.

You went to K and decided that enough was enough and you were going to talk to him
You asked:

"K, can i talk to you really quick?"

He nods and comes over to where you are.

"What's up y/n, im a bit busy right now."

You roll your eyes.

"Busy? Busy talking to your ex and prioritizing that bitch over your girlfriend? Yeah okay."

He just looked at you with an apologetic face and you kept going.

"You know i really dont understand nor know if i did anything wrong because you barely even spoke a few words to me these past days, all you do is talk to lilia from the second you wake up until you go to sleep, now the real question. Are you cheating on me, Lao K?"

He looks at you absolutely shocked.

"No y/n, infact i'm not cheating on you. Why would ibe?"

"Well maybe because you're with her 24/7?? And barely talk to me?"

"There's a reason i'm talking to her right now, and i'll tell you all about it after."

"Yeah okay." You say and you walk away.

Fast forward to a couple of days later.

Tomorrow is your birthday, and nobody mentioned even a word of it. On one hand you were happy but on the other you were a bit disappointed that nobody remembered but you sucked it up and went to bed.

The next morning, you go downstairs, and at this point not even surprised, there was K, talking to Lilia. 

You make your way to the kitchen and you hear everyone say happy birthday to you, except K. Absolutely disappointed, you thanked everyone and went to your room where you sat there the whole day watching movies trying to take your mind off K. You never went back downstairs and the time was nearing 5 PM. You hear your phone go off and you see a message from K. 

"Get ready, I'm taking you out to dinner at 7."

You smile slightly, knowing he did care a bit still. Or so you hoped atleast.

You got ready and put on a tight purple dress and some purple heels. You curled your hair and put on some makeup, grabbed a bag and sprayed on perfume and there you were. You walk downstairs to see K there. 

"Happy birthday love." He gives you a kiss and grabs your hand and walks you to the car, and he even opened the door for you.

"Where are we going?" You asked.

"You'll see!" He said excitedly.

After some driving, you guys pulled up at a restaurant and there was absolutely nobody there. Everything was decorated all cutely and it even said happy birthday y/n. You were shocked and looked at him.

"Y/n, love. I wasn't cheating on you, how could i ever? Lilia is an amazing party planner so i needed her help with this because i knew your birthday was coming up."

You smiled and hugged him.

"Oh K, im so sorry for doubting you. I love you so much."

He smiles and brings you to the table. You guys eat, talk and catch up on everything and you were happier than ever.

K then tells you to close your eyes and you did.

"Open!!" He says.

You open your eyes and you see him pull out a cute box.

"Surprise!!" 

He opens the box and you see a ring.

"Y/n, I love you so much and I really promise to love you. I'm very devoted to you and i want to spend the rest of my life with you. Do you accept my promise ring?"

Your heart lights up with joy and you nod while happy tears pour out of your eyes. You hug him and you hugged for awhile.

"I also have another surprise! what do you think it is?"
