Why do we fall in love with complete strangers?

Let's say, your at a brand new restaurant/cafe trying it out for the first time. The waiter that comes to give you your drinks, is quite attractive. They greet you with a nice smile, and is not too formal with you. I don't know why exactly we fall in love with strangers. But I think it is because you want to know them more. If they have a good first impression, you want to build a relationship with them and get to know them!

Let's hope whoever the person is, is actually a good person.

|| Y/N POV ||

After talking with Kuroo, I feel like every girl in the school now hates me. I'm assuming that most of them saw Kuroo grab my wrist and run away with me. Then they told it to other people, who of course probably assumed the worse. That me and Kuroo are secretly and actually dating, or something else...

I'm in my last period before lunch, and I basically feel knifes stabbing through me with all the girls in my class staring at me. I can only pray for lunch to come faster, and then escape somewhere with F/N. But I'm kinda scared too, what if they do something horrible to me at lunch before I can escape?!

Ding! Ding! Ding!

"Alright everyone, that's the end of class. Remember to study for an upcoming test." The teacher announced as everyone didn't care and started packing their stuff to go meet there friends.

I grabbed all of my things, and ran out of that classroom. I really need to find F/N...

I texted her earlier that we are going to eat at our usual spot, on the roof top. So I ran there quickly. Maybe F/N can save me! 

As I finally reach the roof top, I see Kenma and F/N sitting together. Huh?

"Oh, Y/N! Come over here!" F/N shouted as she waved her hand high up.

"Oh uh.. Okay!" I lightly jog there with my bag to them.

"Y/N, Y/N! I apologized to Kenma! He asked if he could sit with us, hope you don't mind," F/N said while lightly rubbing the back of her head.

"Did you also get him a drink?" I asked teasingly.

"Shhhh! I'll do that later..." F/N then lightly pouted while opening up her lunch.

I could see Kenma just sitting there awkwardly, without his phone or even anything to distract him. Just his bento on his lap.

"Kenma, why aren't you eating with Kuroo?" I ask while getting my lunch out of my bag.

"Today when I went to find him, Kuroo was surrounded by his fan girls. Also, you two aren't dating.. Right? I heard a lot of people saying you two were.." Kenma then looks up at me. It's like he needed a confirmed answer right away.

"Of course not! I just met him recently. And I wouldn't even date him" I say honestly. Sure, he's a nice friend and all but dating? That's a hard pass for me.

"Oh yeah! F/N remember that I told you about the apple pie? I brought some for you to try!" I say excitedly while digging through my bag to find it now.
