I should have known it was a bad idea, but that didn't stop me.
It was supposed to be a fun night with my friend. We were having fun, drinking, dancing, and partying. But it was a night that should have never happened.
.
.
."You needed a night out, you have been working for weeks non-stop!" My friend Mina yelled.
"Yeah, I guess your right. I needed this night out."
I took her drink away from her hand. "Hey! I was still drinking that!" "No. Your not, I don't want you to get any drunker and I don't want to walk you home. I'll call your husband to pick you up if that makes you feel better." I gave the drink back to the bartender and ask for the check.---
"It's too cold out here Izu!!!" We were sitting on the sidewalk waiting for Mina's husband. "You should've brought a jacket or at least a sweater." I covered Mina with half of my jacket and the other half jacket covered me.
Around 15 minutes passed and by that time Mina's husband, Kirishima, came with his Black Jeep Wrangler."Sorry it took me a while to get here there's surprisingly quite a lot of traffic," Kirishima said as I opened the door.
"KIRI-BABY!!!" Mina started yelling out Krirshimas name as she jumps to get in the Jeep.
"You sure you don't want a ride home? It's not that big of a deal for us."
"No thanks. Plus I live close enough from here to walk home anyways."He nodded "Alrighty then, just get home safe. Text me when you get home so I know you're safe." He closed the door and drove off leaving me on the sidewalk. When the Jeep was no longer in my line of sight I turned in the direction where my apartment was and started walking.
---
I was walking for a good 10 minutes but I heard something in the alleyway near me. I walked a bit faster and peeked at the alleyway, at first I saw nothing but something caught my eye. There was a man with clothing full of black and really spiky blond hair on the top. You can tell there was some muscles in parts of his body. Though there seems to be something below him, a purse? no, not just a purse.
There was a lady laying on the floor with a puppy next to her, she had a skinny purple dress and dark-colored hair. The puppy was covered with white fur and had a purple bow loosely attached to its head, but both of them had blood splattered on them."You should've said no when you had the chance...now look where you are at. Isn't that right?" He turned to look at the puppy and pet it. He turned around and looked at me. "She should've right...?"
I stood there frozen, I looked at the puppy's blind white eyes.
"Ye...Yeah." My breathing started stuttering, but I couldn't move or look away. He started to walk towards me, a bit too close.
"Tell anyone and you'll be next. I promise you that." He threatened, I nodded my head and he walked away and slowly pick up the puppy then walked toward the darkness of the alleyway..
.
.TWO YEARS LATER
It's been two years since the incident. Turns out that lady was named Elenor Katz, she was a front desk lady for some hotel and that night she went missing she was supposed to be on her first date with a guy from tinder but she and her dog named Cecilia.
But I don't want to think about that right now, recently Mina made me join a dating app called 'Finders, Keepers', I thought it was a dumb idea and it is, but she said and I quote "If you don't try to find someone to have the rest of your life with then your gonna become a lonely cat lady! You're already starting! You already have Caty and Tat!?" I know I needed to find someone but she didn't need to bring up my cats that was just rude."Hi, are you Izuku?" A man asked me as he sat down on the chair in front of me.
"Oh! Yeah, I am! Nice to meet you um...-"
"Just call me Kacchan"
"Kacchan? Well, that's a funny name."
"Yeah." As soon as he finished talking, the food I ordered came.
After a couple of minutes, I heard a little bark.
"Did you bring a dog with you?"
"Yep! Can't leave home without her!" He picked up a white puppy with white blind...eyes.
"She looked so cute! What's her name?"
"Cecilia." He looked straight into my eyes, then he smiled. "I am hoping to see you again so let us set up another date and maybe you won't be scared like last time and this time." I couldn't move, it was just like the alleyway except there was no dead body and there were people all around us. He stood up and paid the check then left me alone at the table, then I got a notification on my phone.(***)***-****: ^Are you free next Saturday?^
...
I knew it was a bad idea, but that didn't stop me.
Me: ^Yeah.^
