Having a friend comes with risks, at least for you it does. Especially male friends. Rumors about you spread like wild fire in the school. So when rumors about you and Amane grew in the span of a day after you started talking, wasn't that surprising. But what did surprise you is when Amane didn't leave..you expected him to vanish in a blink of an eye. So when he stayed by your side and reminded you that as long as he knows the rumors aren't true, he'll stay with you. You felt like you had finally made a real friend. It made you feel normal again.

"Y/N, how'd these rumors even start? Surely you haven't done anything to anyone, right?" It was lunch, you and Amane were at your usual spot on the rooftop. It's been like a week since you last became friends. You noticed how he always knew what you were thinking, just off the way your face changed. He told you, 'your nose always scrunches when you think, and you always look away when you're embarrassed, oh! And your eyes widen a little and your cheeks turn a little red when you're mad!' That's what your liked about him. He was naturally observant. "I haven't done anything. I don't know what I could of done to piss a mother fucker off but it doesn't matter anymore. It's not like I can change time." Amane sighed and looked at you "want to find out?" You looked back at him confused, your eyebrows knitted together as you looked at him. "What the hell do you mean Amane?" He chuckled a bit before looking at the floor.."let's find out who made the rumors. And I guess ruin their reputation back" Amane gave you a smile as your face lit up. "Wait..that's a good idea! Revenge! Sweet, sweet Revenge. But how are we going to find out? It's not like we have any clues." Amane thought to himself for a good minute before his face lit up as well. "My brother! Even though he's in middle school he knows everyone here. I could ask him to tell if anyone who might of said nasty things about you, or if he knew anyone who hated you." You grinned at Amane brightly before falling onto the ground behind you "You're amazing Amane! Thank you so so so sosososo much!" Amane chuckled and grinned back at you. "That's what friends are for Y/N"

For the first time in forever, you felt like you had a real friend.
It was time for a new adventure, a new door to open. And it was to find out who ruined your school life.

SPECIAL/EXTRA CHAPTER:001

"Y/N, be careful the ornament will shatter!" Kou ran up to you, taking away the shiny red ornament. "I'm not going to drop it Kou!" Yashiro interrupted by giggling as she hung a shiny green ornament "yes you are Y/N, it doesn't take a genius to tell you'd drop it at some point!' Yashiro proceeded to hang a nut cracker on the tree as Amane came in the room with Tsukasa, both holding Christmas lights. "Nene! You're supposed to be on my side!" The room was filled with giggles as Amane and Tsukasa sat next to you. "Y/N! Y/N! Want to help me and Amane put up these lights!?" Tsukasa shook you aggressively, you almost didn't have a choice. "Yyyes Ttsukaasa. Sstop shakkking mmme!" Tsukasa giggled as Amane pulled him off of you. "Leave her alone! She said yes, calm down!" Kou chuckled at the two twins as he hung up shiny and glittery ornaments. "Oh, and once you're done can you three wrapping paper and six Santa hats?" Kou smiled at you three and Tsukasa gave him a thumbs up. "Yeess sirr!" Yashiro laughed before turning to Kou. "Where's Mitsuba by the way? He said he'd be here!" Kou continued to put up the ornaments before humming at Yashiro's question. "He told me he'd be a little late. Don't worry! I'm sure he'll come." And just at the right timing, Mitsuba came into the front door. "Sorry I'm late. I was doing important stuff." "Like?" Mitsuba glared at kou before taking off his coat. "Like maintaining this cute face! I take care of my self unlike you freaks!" Tsukasa jumped onto Mitsuba and bit his head. "Who're you calling freak! Freak!" Mitsuba shrieked as he tried to pull Tsukass off his head. "AHHH! GET OFF OF ME NOW! YOU LITTLE GREMLIN!" Amane hit Tsukasa's head and pulled him off. "TSUKASA! STOP IT!" Yashiro, Kou, and you started laughing as you all watched the scene unfold. "You're not coming to the store with me and Y/N anymore!!" Tsukasa started to whine as Amane dragged you out the house and to the nearest store. "He's so embarrassing..sorry about that.." He looked away as you smiled at him. "Don't worry Amane, I think it's funny." Amane smiled at you as you reached the front of the store. "Wow look at the fireworks.." Amane pointed to the sky as you looked up, then you looked at Amane and kissed his cheek.

"Merry Christmas Amane."
Amane looked back at you blushing.
"Merry Christmas Y/N..love you.."
"Love you too Amane!"
